Aluminum floors

Aluminum barn floors that you may see in photographs of our products are additional option and are supplied upon individual orders.

This is due to the fact that when a metal utility unit is equipped with a stainless metal floor (additional galvanized frame and U-shaped aluminum sheets), the weight of the product increases multiple times, which requires additional packaging space, and accordingly increases significantly final cost of the entire product.

To assemble and install a metal shed (metal outbuilding), a foundation or foundation is required.

We offer one of the options. It is usually used when purchasing a shed without a metal floor.

  1. The base frame is made of timber treated with an antiseptic. The permissible cross-sectional size of the timber is width (40÷60) mm, height (100÷120) mm, length = length of the utility unit + 10 cm.
  2. We assemble the frame by connecting the parts with metal corners.
  3. Having chosen the location for installing the metal shed, we remove the plant soil, 12-15 cm in length and width. more sizes utility block.
  4. We install support blocks at the points of “ligation” of the frame of the base of the utility block, 5-10 cm above the ground level in the horizontal plane.
  5. We fill the entire area with crushed stone up to the height of the support blocks and install the frame on the blocks.
  6. We lay a plywood or OSB sheet (at least 12 mm thick) on the frame and fix it along the perimeter to the timber and to the transverse joists of the timber frame.

The foundation is ready.

Now you can assemble the metal frame of the shed on the surface of the base (base) in accordance with step by step instructions attached to the shed

ABOUT snow load on the roof of the barn

1. The roofs of prefabricated sheds have a slope of less than 45 degrees.

Therefore, it is necessary to know and remember that:

  • A self-cleaning roof slope from snow is a roof slope with a slope to the horizon of 45 degrees or more.
  • Roofs with a slope of less than 45 degrees require periodic cleaning of snow and ice.
  • main technical requirement To clear the roof of snow is to prevent the height of the snow cover on the roof from exceeding 30 cm.

2. The following are excerpts from current regulations on cleaning pitched roofs from snow and ice operating in Russia, Moscow and the Moscow region.

Remember that responsibility for compliance with the rules and regulations for clearing pitched roofs of snow and ice always lies solely with the operator of the product or structure individual or the operating organization.

2.12. During intense leaf fall and snowfall, it is necessary to promptly clean the roof. Safe for roofing sweeping away leaves and snow. On a galvanized roof, you can remove snow with wooden shovels, leaving a layer of snow about 5 cm thick on the roof. It is strictly forbidden to use metal shovels and similar devices that can damage the roofing to clean the roof.

2.13. If the layer of freshly fallen snow exceeds 5 cm, clearing snow on a roof with a slope of less than 45° should be carried out on the roof section for a gable roof at a distance from the edge of the eaves up to 3 m, and for a single-pitch roof - 4.5 m. If the snow cover is thicker than 30 cm Taking into account the density of freshly fallen snow of 0.25 g/cm3, the mass of the snow cover exceeds the permissible standard, and, therefore, cleaning is necessary. Roofs with a roof slope of 45° or more are self-cleaning.

It's hard to imagine a vacation on country dacha without cozy gatherings in an openwork gazebo. Now their choice is so wide that it can satisfy any wishes: carved wooden, monumental stone or metal lace gazebos. Each type has its own pros and cons, but metal gazebos have the most pleasant balance: many advantages and very few disadvantages.

Advantages of a metal gazebo

  • Undemanding to the installation location.

Metal gazebos can be installed on any type of soil, including unstable ones. Some owners country houses They don’t even prepare the foundation for its installation. However, experts still advise taking care of at least columnar foundation or fill the area with concrete.

An excellent option would also be to lay tiles or paving stones as the floor of a metal gazebo. If the owners of the dacha have chosen portable view gazebos, then such a playground can be used as a place for children’s daytime games, and in evening time turn it into a place for intimate conversations over a samovar.

  • Variety of shapes, proportions and sizes.

Metal gazebos for dachas they often have original, amazingly beautiful appearance. In the offers of specialized companies, you can find options that will favorably emphasize almost any design of a country house and will become a favorite vacation spot for the owners and their guests.

  • Lightness and strength.

The light weight of the metal structure allows you to avoid spending money on an expensive foundation, and also gives the gazebo mobility. Strength is one of the most important positive qualities, for which they love the metal gazebo so much. It is not afraid of ground movements, and the frame retains its shape much better than gazebos made of wood or brick.

  • Precision and ease of assembly.

Having created the appearance of a future metal gazebo yourself or with the help of a designer, you can easily order required sizes decorative elements and parts of prefabricated structures. Correctly calculating the angles and securing the parts is not difficult. Even if an annoying error creeps into your calculations, you can correct it quickly and without special effort. This lightness hides another “plus” of a metal structure, which products made from other materials cannot boast of.

  • Fire safety and durability.

You can light a fire in metal gazebos without fear - it will not cause damage. The May holidays are not complete without barbecue, and only in such a gazebo can you cook it completely calmly and do this for many years, because with proper care, metal gazebos can faithfully serve their owners for decades, or even centuries.

Neither mold, nor rot, nor rust will spoil the appearance of the gazebo; to do this, you just need to cover it with a special anti-corrosion compound or hammer paint and do not install it on wet soil. Forged gazebos themselves have excellent protection against rust - during processing, the density of the material and its structure change, making the metal more durable.

“Disadvantages” of gazebos for summer cottages made of metal

The disadvantages of a metal gazebo include the complete lack of thermal insulation: in cold weather it will not be possible to organize gatherings. That is why such gazebos are made open, openwork, because they can be used comfortably only in the warm season.

It is also worth considering that metal has high thermal conductivity (it heats up and cools down quickly), which means that the plants that are sometimes used to decorate the gazebo should be removed for the winter, otherwise they risk death from frozen metal.

Types of designs and cladding materials

The most popular, metal gazebos, are assembled from profile pipes with a square, round or rectangular cross-section, galvanized or painted. Forged gazebos are also installed at dachas, which are distinguished by their elegant appearance, but the high cost of production limits their popularity.

IN Lately owners of country houses began to install metal-plastic gazebos assembled from treated with a special compound and coated with a layer of PVC steel profile. They are distinguished by their high resistance to rust, rot, moisture and weather vagaries, but the requirements for the foundation and unassuming appearance still keep this type of gazebo at a low position in the rating.

The materials most often chosen for cladding are polycarbonate, thin cladding boards (lining) or euro-slate made of cellulose (ondulin). Polycarbonate is chosen for its ability to transmit daylight inside the gazebo, and ondulin for silence during rain (the material muffles the sounds of drops). The combination of a metal structure and wooden or brick load-bearing pillars and parapets looks beautiful.

Types of gazebos

A metal gazebo most often has a quadrangular shape; less often, hexagonal and octagonal structures are installed in summer cottages. The latter are more difficult to assemble, but look much more interesting and original. Polycarbonate is used for their cladding, since it is more flexible and makes it possible to create a truly unusual roof for a gazebo.

Experts also distinguish between open and closed metal gazebos. Closed structures are completely covered, for example, with polycarbonate sheets, protecting those sitting inside from wind, dust and, partially, from noise. When installing such a gazebo, do not forget about the wind rose - the entrance to it should be on the least windy side. However natural beauties You won’t be able to enjoy it in a closed gazebo. In this sense, it differs favorably from it open gazebo, giving maximum visibility.

We have already mentioned stationary and portable gazebos above. The support pillars of stationary structures are fixed in the ground and filled with concrete. A stove or grill is immediately installed in them. For portable or mobile gazebos, the supports are welded to a horizontal frame, while having rather modest dimensions.

Sizes of structures

The size of the gazebo is chosen based on the expected number of people who will relax in it. Experts advise choosing a structure height of at least 2.3 meters, and the area should be such that each person has approximately 4 m². Compliance with these wishes will ensure guaranteed comfort for vacationers, however, the dimensions summer cottage It is not always possible to implement all expert advice. More often country houses have an area of 3x3 or 3x4 meters, at least not less than 2.5x2.5 m.

You can, without a doubt, build a summerhouse with your own hands, however, if the owner of the site does not have free time, special skills or special tools, he can turn to a company that professionally manufactures and installs metal structures for recreational purposes. suburban area. The company's designers will select a suitable design option or evaluate an already selected design, and the workers will deliver and install finished design in the shortest possible time.

On a sunny, hot day, when the walls of a country house are thoroughly warmed up and do not provide the desired coolness, many of us often have the desire to find a place to relax on fresh air. A good decision arrangement of such cozy corner outdoors will be a metal gazebo with your own hands. The elegant design will not obscure the picturesque landscape or view of the house and will become an organic addition to the architectural ensemble.

Beautifully designed metal gazebos for summer cottages, acting as an aesthetic addition landscape design, are able to emphasize the taste of the owner. Variety of metal shapes and sizes garden gazebos amazes. Both traditional round, square, hexagonal and octagonal gazebos, as well as original designs the most unusual design solutions.

Depending on the designer’s plans, gazebos can be decorated with a wide variety of decorative elements: artistic forging, hanging pots with hanging flowers...

The main advantage of metal summerhouses is their strength and durability. Convenient designs capable of serving well for more than one season. The only thing that is required to extend their service life is to periodically inspect and promptly clean areas where signs of corrosion have appeared.

The rigidity of the frame of metal gazebos makes it possible to prevent changes in geometric dimensions, which often arise due to uneven subsidence of the soil under the influence of seasonal changes.

Depending on the constructive solution and functional purpose of the gazebo, on covered area any attributes for relaxation can be set, starting with garden furniture and ending with a grill or barbecue oven

There are also many design options for a metal frame roof: slate, corrugated metal sheets, polycarbonate... The choice is limited only by the preferences and financial capabilities of the owner.

Gazebos can be permanent permanent structures or portable temporary structures. In the first case, they are installed on a base: a slab or columnar foundation. Portable structures, which are easy to dismantle and remove with the onset of cold weather, are installed directly on the ground.

A self-made metal gazebo is at least a reason for its owner to be proud. Therefore, we propose to consider the main stages of construction of a structure that is so necessary in the economy.

The hexagonal gazebo is a classic that has not lost its relevance for several decades. Such a cozy design has a number of undeniable advantages, the main ones being: elegance, spaciousness, strength and ease of construction.

This octagonal or hexagonal design is analogous to round model gazebos, but unlike the latter it is much simpler in terms of construction

There is nothing difficult about making a metal gazebo yourself. To do this you just need to have specialized tool and possess minimal plumbing skills.

Step #1 – preparing all necessary materials

To make a metal gazebo you will need:

  • Hollow pipes with a wall thickness of 2-4 mm for structural posts (rectangular or square);
  • Mounting brackets;
  • Rods for sheathing;
  • Roofing material (wave polycarbonate, soft tiles...);
  • Lining for wall cladding;
  • Rotator or garden drill;
  • Electrodes;
  • Metal drills;
  • Building level;
  • Sand and cement;
  • Metal paint.

Among the tools we will need: a grinder, a welding machine, a hammer drill or electric drill, galvanized screws and a screwdriver.

Step #2 - choosing a location and preparing the base

The main condition for choosing a place to arrange a gazebo is for the owners and guests to feel cozy and comfortable here, admiring the most beautiful views on a summer cottage.

Any place can be chosen for arranging a gazebo on the site: under the canopy of trees in the garden, near a pond or near the entrance to the house

When thinking over the design of the gazebo, you need to decide for yourself whether it will be an open, ventilated or closed design, with or without lighting. To visualize the project and determine dimensions future design It is advisable to make a drawing of the building. A drawing made to scale will allow you to correctly calculate required amount pipes for installing the main frame, and additional ties of a smaller cross-section for arranging the roof and crossbars.

Determining the dimensions of the doorway:

  • height is calculated based on average human height (1.8-2.0 meters);
  • the width of the opening is approximately equal standard size doors to the apartment (0.9-1.0 meters).

We clear the area chosen for the construction of the gazebo from debris and tree roots.

From the area cleared of debris and plant remains, we remove fertile layer soil, which we use for adding to flower beds and leveling differences in the area

Having cleared the site and removed a 15-20 cm layer of earth, fill the bottom of the resulting “pit” with a 5-8 cm layer of sand, water it with water and compact it thoroughly. You can simply lay paving stones on a sand base or paving slabs, or build a concrete platform. To do this, we form formwork from the boards, fixing it by driving it into the ground along outside pegs. Fill the area with concrete and leave it until it hardens completely for several days.

When arranging a site with an area of more than two square meters, it is necessary to provide temperature shrink seams. To do this, we install the formwork boards, maintaining an interval of 1 meter, and fill the space cement mortar. After the concrete has hardened, we remove the boards and fill the cracks and voids with liquid mortar.

Step #3 – installation of support posts

After completion of the floor arrangement work, we install marks around the perimeter of the site where we will place support pillars. The number of posts must correspond to the number of corners of the gazebo.

To erect support posts in designated locations using a brace or garden borer dig holes about 80 centimeters deep

It is advisable to bury the support posts below the soil freezing level, which ranges from 80 -100 cm. Cover the bottom of the dug holes with a layer of sand and gravel mixture. We install metal posts in the center of the holes. Using a level, we determine their verticality, and then fill the voids with cement mortar.

Another option for constructing racks is possible, in which a columnar foundation is installed in the designated places at a depth below the soil freezing level - concrete pillars with mortgages. Metal support pillars will be welded to these mortgages.

After installation vertical racks Horizontal cross members can be welded to them, which can be metal pipes or rods

The veins are placed in two rows, the width between which is 1.2-1.5 meters. Sheathing (boards, lining, polycarbonate) will be attached to them in the future.

The metal structure can be assembled using self-tapping screws and bolts, or by welding. The choice depends only on whether the owner knows how to work with a welding machine or whether he has the opportunity to invite an experienced welder. The main advantage of a bolted connection is the ability to dismantle the structure on winter time. But at the same time, we should not forget that during the operation of the structure bolted connections you will have to constantly tighten it up.

Step #4 - arrangement of the hexagonal roof of the structure

To prevent water flowing from the roof from flooding the structure, we place the transverse joists so that they extend 50 cm from each end.

To arrange a regular octagonal or hexagonal roof, we weld cross beams to the support posts, placing them at a distance of two meters from each other

We weld the logs to the metal crossbars, and then, guided by the level, we apply and secure the rafters

The simplest option for arranging a roof is sheathing with polycarbonate sheets. For this purpose in metal rafters We make holes for fastening the roofing material. To correctly align the first sheet of roofing, we lay two sheets, use them to calculate and align desired angle and takeout. After this, we remove the first sheet and fix the second one with self-tapping screws. We screw all the roofing sheets one by one, fastening them together through two waves to give rigidity.

Example #2:

The gazebo is almost ready. All that remains is to attach side panels and paint the metal frame elements. The finished structure can be painted by powder coating. Good result It also provides a traditional painting option, in which a layer of primer is first applied to the surface, and then metal paint.

People come to their dacha not only to garden all day long. In a suburban area you can enjoy nature, take a break from the bustle of the city, and relax in friendly company. Some people prefer to install metal summerhouses on their property: these are wonderful places to relax, which have a lot of advantages. It is worth understanding the types of such structures and the features of their use.

Advantages and disadvantages

You can make a metal gazebo for your dacha yourself or buy it from finished form. In any case, such a design will have many advantages (of course, if you chose high-quality materials and approached its creation with the utmost seriousness).

Let's consider the main advantages of such structures, which are noted by many owners. summer cottages.

  • Ease of installation. You can create a structure from a metal profile and install it within a day (if you understand the specifics of installation work).
  • Light weight. A gazebo on a metal frame is especially suitable if the soil on your territory is heaving and not stable. The installation of such a structure can be carried out without a foundation. It can be portable or stationary.
  • Long service life. If you care for the metal regularly and correctly, it is quite possible that the gazebo will last for many years.

  • Strength. Rectangular, square, round metal profiles are very strong. It is quite difficult to break or damage such products (both during use and during installation work).
  • The ability to combine metal products with other materials.
  • Resistance to insects, rodents, fungus or mold. Iron products do not rot.
  • Undemanding to external conditions, ease of use. Caring for such gazebos is as simple as possible: you just need to regularly apply compounds that prevent corrosion. To prevent structural elements from rusting, you can apply paint to them.

  • Fire resistance. You can install a barbecue in a metal gazebo without fear that the structure will catch fire.
  • Large number of possible designs. You don’t have to purchase a finished product, but order a non-standard individual project.
  • Acceptable price.
  • Neat appearance.

However, metal gazebos also have disadvantages. This material is no different thermal insulation properties. But this disadvantage not very important, because country gazebos are usually used in the summer. When a metal surface is exposed to sunlight, it will heat up, but you can avoid excessive heat by installing the structure under trees (where it will be shaded). To get refreshing coolness and shade, you can plant climbing plants near the gazebo.

If you prefer an elite appearance of buildings, you can decorate the structure forged elements. Such a gazebo will turn out elegant, stylish, it will look very noble.

Varieties

Typically, such gazebos are created on the basis of a metal frame. Such structures can be prefabricated at corners or welded. To be able to attach the roof, they attach to the frame rafter system.

Materials

Most often used to create a frame profile pipe. If the dimensions of the structure are very significant, you can choose a frame welded from a channel as a base. Installation work is usually carried out as quickly as possible. Simple welded structures often take several hours to create.

Many owners of summer cottages give preference for light designs, for the creation of which prefabricated frames made of iron or aluminum are used. You can use canopy walls or a tent roof. Currently, there are many small and large structures in the form of tents on the market. Structures can be multifaceted, but square and rectangular shapes are more common.

The forged structure can be absolutely anything depending on the customer’s imagination. Modern craftsmen can create entire ships, carriages, and use openwork curls to decorate gazebos.

Some choose metal-plastic structures for their summer cottages. They are collapsible. Such structures are created from a steel profile, on which a thick layer of PVC is applied, as well as a composition that prevents corrosion. These surfaces are very resistant to temperature changes, moisture, fungi, rodents, and rotting.

Before installing a metal-plastic structure, you need to take care of careful preparation surface where such a gazebo will be installed. It is recommended to choose a slab or column foundation.

Design

Today there are many design options for metal gazebos. You can easily choose exactly the design that fits perfectly into your general design your site. Even conventional design It will become very beautiful if you add, for example, additional forged openwork elements to it. You can use other materials to decorate the gazebo, for example, wooden latticework or stone pillars.

Forms

Metal can be given the most different shapes, because such a material is characterized by increased ductility. It is processed by welding. This way you can get curvilinear outlines, multifaceted structures, round or rectangular structures.

Metal gazebos are usually distinguished by their elegance and aesthetics. However, you need to approach the decoration of the structure as seriously as possible - only in this case it will become a unique highlight of your site.

Creating a Project

First you will need to prepare a design for a summer cottage structure, which consists of several components.

  • A diagram based on which you will create the foundation. If the structure is small, they usually opt for a columnar foundation. You will need to take care of creating supports in the middle of the structure and at angles.
  • A drawing showing the dimensions of the structure, as well as the location of support pillars or load-bearing walls.
  • Sketch of the design (you can find an image on the Internet or draw a gazebo yourself).
  • A plan of the territory that belongs to you, where the site for the construction will be marked. To avoid unnecessary problems during implementation construction work, also mark trees and other structures that are on the site.

To create a drawing or sketch, you can use a special computer program. This is very convenient, because you can see everything from any angle.

When creating a gazebo, try to take into account which direction the wind blows most often, and choose the most convenient position of the structure (so that the entrance is located where it blows less often). This way you will ensure comfort for yourself, your loved ones and guests.

Many owners of summer cottages choose a gazebo size of 3x3 meters. It is considered one of the most suitable for such structures. In such a gazebo you can comfortably accommodate family members or small company. 4x4 and 3x4 options are also popular.

Preparation and necessary equipment

When planning to begin installation work, you should apply an anti-corrosion agent to all metal surfaces. If the need arises, it will be possible to cover metal structure paint. When building a large and complex-shaped stationary gazebo, you will need to create a foundation.

Before installation, prepare the following:

  • steel rods;
  • paint for metal surfaces;
  • metal profile;
  • sand, cement and crushed stone;
  • sheathing material.

To make installation work easier and faster, use the following tools:

  • door with drills, screwdriver;
  • pipe bender;
  • device for exercise welding work;
  • shovel (it will be needed to prepare the foundation).

Installation

It will be necessary to remove dirt and various debris from the area provided for the gazebo. Then use a shovel to dig a hole for the foundation. You will need to pour about 50 mm of sand there. Compact it and pour water. Then you should install the formwork with reinforcing mesh.

If the foundation is columnar, you will have to dig several holes(in the middle of the gazebo and in the corners). The pillars can be monolithic concrete, made of asbestos pipes, blocks, brick elements. Place gravel and sand in the bottom of all holes. Then you will need to pour concrete and install the reinforcement bars, since you will tie the frame of the structure to them. Place the frame on the foundation. Scald the pillars with veins (you will need two rows).

Then you will need to install the rafter system. It can be wooden or metal. To make it more convenient for you, create such a system on the ground, not on the roof. Then install it on top of the structure. When all the elements of the building are installed, begin cladding the walls of the structure and working on the roof.

Construction from a profile pipe.

To cover the floor of a metal structure, some prefer to use tile coverings or paving stones.

Many owners of dachas or country houses, sooner or later, decide to build a gazebo. They build such structures from the most different materials, including wood, brick, etc. However, a do-it-yourself metal gazebo for a summer residence is becoming increasingly popular, and it is more than possible to make it.

What explains the choice of metal as the main building material, because, as you know, the same wood is much simpler in terms of machining? The fact is that a do-it-yourself metal gazebo for a summer residence, built using the appropriate technology, has a number of advantages, with no disadvantages at all.

Such structures are characterized by:

  • strength and resistance to mechanical loads;
  • high maintainability;
  • long service life;
  • attractive and solid appearance;
  • compatibility with the exterior of various buildings (that is, such a design will look equally advantageous both near a small dacha and next to a comfortable cottage);
  • reasonable price compared to stationary structures gazebos made of brick or laminated timber and tongue and groove boards.

So, not every summer resident is able to purchase a ready-made gazebo assembled using high-quality rolled metal. Therefore, let's look at what the instructions are self-made structures from metal pipes. Let’s say right away that such work is quite within the capabilities of any person with a small set of plumbing tools.

Features of self-construction of rolled metal structures

Before you begin construction with your own hands, you need to stock up on the appropriate materials and tools.

You will need:

  • metal pipes, square and rectangular section;
  • self-tapping screws;
  • components for preparing concrete;
  • corner Sander angle grinder (grinder);
  • welding machine;
  • a screwdriver with electric drill function and a set of metal drills;
  • water or laser level
  • plumb line;
  • square;
  • roulette;
  • shovel and bayonet shovel;
  • accessories for preparing concrete.

Like any construction, country gazebos made of metal are made with your own hands, starting with the development of the project and drawing up an estimate. You can sketch out a simple drawing of a summerhouse on paper yourself, indicate the appropriate dimensions and calculate how many materials are needed.

If it is difficult for you to independently develop a project, the drawings can be found on our portal.

Building a gazebo for a summer house with your own hands from metal is a complex work that includes the following steps:

  • finding a place for installation;
  • marking and cutting material;
  • frame assembly;
  • installation of structural and decorative elements;
  • anti-corrosion treatment of the finished structure.

Choosing a site for construction

A gazebo at the dacha made of metal is built with your own hands on dense, leveled soil. For this reason, we mark the perimeter of the future building on the site and identify all the irregularities.

Identified irregularities are eliminated using bayonet shovel. In addition, we thoroughly compact the soil throughout the site. For these purposes, a homemade tamper made from cuttings of logs up to 1.5 m long with a handle attached to the upper end is ideal.

Marking and cutting material

There is a common expression: measure seven times, cut once. This is exactly what we have to do. You need to carefully read the dimensions given in the project. After this, all that remains is to measure the design dimensions on the pipes.

Important: When working with an angle grinder, you must follow safety rules.
That is, you need to work in protective gloves, goggles and, if possible, a respirator.

We lay out the cut pipes separately - we put the elements of the main frame in a separate stack, and in another stack we put the scraps that will be used for the posts of purlins and ties.

Important: To save money, the cross-section of pipes can be reduced in the direction from the main frame to the roof frame.
That is, it is advisable to use the thickest pipes at the bottom of the gazebo, medium-thick pipes in the middle, etc.

Assembling the main frame

Assembly of the gazebo frame begins with the installation of vertical posts, which will bear the main load.

  • Along the perimeter of the gazebo we mark the installation locations of the supports and dig holes 1 meter deep. To simplify your work you can use hand drill.
  • After the holes are dug, we cover the end of the pipes of the main frame bitumen mastic and install it in place, securing it with supports.
  • Next we prepare cement-sand mortar at the rate of 3 parts cement to 6 parts sand. To save money, you can add 4 parts of small crushed stone to the resulting solution. The mixture is thoroughly mixed in a concrete mixer until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

Important: In the absence of a concrete mixer, concrete can be prepared in a trough, mixing with a shovel or garden hoe.

  • We pour the finished concrete into the pits in which the pipes are installed. The solution should be poured just above the ground level. To prevent the solution from spreading to the sides, formwork in the shape of a ring is made around the pits using improvised materials.

  • After about two days, the supports can be removed from the supports and the installation of other structural elements can begin.
  • At the top of the supports we weld horizontal arcs that connect the parallel supports. At this point, the production of the main frame can be considered complete.

Important: Before proceeding with the installation of secondary fasteners, you need to make sure that the main frame is welded tightly enough and is firmly held on its base.

  • After the main frame is made and you are convinced that it is strong enough, we proceed to installing fasteners for the roof. As a rule, these elements are corners and plates that are welded at the points where the roofing material is attached.
  • Next in fasteners Drill holes for self-tapping screws.

  • Then we put roofing material, for example, a polycarbonate sheet and fasten it with self-tapping screws. If desired, polycarbonate can also be used to decorate the side walls.

Important: To save money, gazebo furniture can also be assembled and welded from pipes and trimmed with boards.

Features of welding work

The quality of welding is largely determined by the type welding machine, type of electrodes used, composition and grade of steel, shape of pipes, etc.

As a rule, the assembly of country gazebos is carried out using an inverter-type welding machine. When assembling the frame, the pipes are connected “in the corner” and “in the tee”. The success of welding work largely depends on the preparation of the pipe ends.

Before welding begins, the following preparatory work will need to be done:

  • cleaning pipes from dirt, debris and oxides;
  • trimming or straightening deformed ends;
  • cleaning the edges, as well as cleaning the outer and inner surface, adjacent to the edge for a width of at least 1 cm.

We weld the joints until they are completely welded without interruption. Considering the small thickness of the walls of square pipes, we cook in one layer.
