We put the washed and dried steaks in our bowl so that the sauce covers the top of the fish. Let stand in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes (so that all the flavors are properly absorbed into the trout). My fish was in the marinade for 2 hours. Onion cut into half rings (or a cube - as you like more). In a preheated pan with vegetable oil, fry it until half cooked. Cut the tomatoes into slices (about 0.5 cm thick). 5. Bake potatoes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until cooked.

50 g butter,

Cooking:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the fish in a baking dish, after rubbing it on both sides with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix melted butter, cream, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper passed through a press until smooth. You can put all the listed ingredients in a bowl and heat them in microwave oven in two sets of 30 seconds.
