This arrangement prevents the burner from switching off too quickly when the temperature setting is reached. It is possible to set the delay before switching on again from 0 to 7 minutes (default 2 minutes, set from the control panel - parameter 236). The pump can operate at one of two speeds. The value is determined by the temperature difference at the water supply to the CO circuit and the return fitting. Protection against overheating is carried out using a temperature sensor with automatic reset (102±4C) at the supply to the CO circuit (even when the burner is off). When the sensor contacts are opened, the burner is switched off protectively, and after 5 s, if the contacts are still open, the device is blocked (not allowing it to be turned on again by the operator), the display shows error 101. From the moment the heating command is received, the “limit temperature” signal (88 C, fixed value) comes continuously from the supply water temperature sensor to the heating circuit (NTC 1). If the circulation in the CO circuit is disturbed, it is possible to automatically switch to the bypass (capacity not more than 350 l / h).

Operating modes

Chimney Sweep Mode - The mode is used for proper analysis of combustion products and calibration by maximum and minimum values. Press the Reset button and hold for 5 s. This is a proven fact and it is very difficult to disprove it. If you want a quick "warranty repair" - pay both for spare parts and for the work of the master.

By the way, in order to put the boiler on warranty service, you also need to pay money. So what is this guarantee? Pay for the warranty, then pay for parts and repairs. So where is the free warranty service? That is why, since you already have to pay for everything, I suggest that you independently start the gas boiler for the first time and set up the heating system. Moreover, it is not difficult.

Filling the heating system with water

We look under the bottom of the boiler - where all the pipelines are connected, and look for something like a small valve there. For each model of gas boiler, it may have different shape: one manufacturer makes it in the form of a valve familiar to us, the other - in the form of a rotating plastic pin. In general, from their form, the essence does not change - in extreme cases, open the instructions and look at its location.

We open this tap, not completely (so that air does not hang anywhere in the pipes, it is better to fill the system slowly) and fix our eyes on the pressure indicator - the pressure gauge. As a rule, most boilers of this type have an operating pressure of 1 to 3 atm - read the instructions for more details. We wait until the pressure gauge needle reaches 2.5 atm, close the valve.

Now the boiler will have to be left alone for a while - from each installed battery or convector must be vented.

For these purposes, each heater must be equipped with a Mayevsky crane. We open it and wait for the air to come down and the water to run. The water went - they closed the Mayevsky tap. This procedure must be done with each battery. Have you done?

Now we return to the boiler and again look at the pressure gauge - the pressure in the system should drop. We correct it, add water if necessary - the optimal pressure at which the boiler works normally is 1.5-2 atm. First start of the gas boiler

Having done all these simple preparations, you can proceed to the direct start of the boiler. Open the gas valve and plug the boiler into the socket. All sorts of symbols and numbers appear on the screen, but for a full launch, you still need to perform some actions.

First, press the power button and set the temperature control knobs to the operating position. After these actions, the boiler will begin to make futile attempts to turn on - this is normal and there is no need to be scared. The most important thing is that the circulation pump has started to work, inside which for some reason there is always air that prevents the boiler from fully turning on. It is his removal that needs to be done as soon as possible.


We remove the front cover of the boiler - in almost all cases it is fastened with two or four screws. We fold back the dashboard, behind which the circulation pump hides.

In the center of the pump there is a wide screw with a slot for a screwdriver.
