1. This standard applies to locking products for wooden windows and doors used in the construction of residential and public buildings.

2. The designation, name and recommended area of ​​application of locking products are given in the table.

The main dimensions of locking products must correspond to those indicated in Figures 1-13.

The main dimensions of connectors, stops, handles and trims intended for completing transom fixtures or mortise screws must correspond to those specified in Appendix 1.

Examples of installation of transom devices, a connector for transoms with triple glazing and a mortise screw type ZR1 are given in Appendix 2.

3. Technical requirements, completeness, acceptance rules, control methods, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage and guarantee period operation of locking products must comply with GOST 538-88 and additional requirements of this standard.

5. ZR4 type screws are intended for completing windows and balcony doors manufactured on automated lines installed at woodworking plants before 01/01/86.

6. Bolts of mortise bolts and screws in open position should not protrude above the front surface of the strips or fall inside the body by more than 1 mm.

7. The dimensions of the bolt and locking strip of bolts of types ShN1, ShN2 and gate valves of type ZT must ensure an interference fit of at least 3 mm when connecting them. The thickness of the locking strips of these products should not be less than 1 mm.

8. The cord of a PF2 type transom fixture must move freely along the rollers, without jamming and not slip off them.

9. Wrapping types ZR1, ZR2, ZR4 and ZF1 should be made double-sided, types ZR3 and ZF2 - in right and left versions.

10. The bolt of the 3T type valve must be made of steel rod.

11. The shape of the handles, linings, the cross-section of the bolts of overhead latch bolts, as well as the pointed part of the pins for screwing, are not established by the standard.

12. Locking products must have a protective or protective-decorative coating in accordance with GOST 538-88 for 2, 3 or 4 (C) groups of operating conditions GOST 9.303-84.

13. Bolt-rods of overhead latches should be tested for strength during acceptance and type tests.

Tests are carried out on a bench by applying a force of 800 N (78.4 kgf) to a fixed bolt-rod for 1 minute at a distance of 5 mm from the attachment point perpendicular to the plane of the bolt attachment.

After testing, the latch bolt should not be deformed.

14. Transom devices of types PF1, PF2 and wrappings of types ZR1, ZR2, ZR3, ZR4 must be equipped with the following parts specified in Appendix 1:

- transom devices of types PF1, PF2, installed on transoms with separate frames, - with two connectors, design 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 (drawing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5);

- transom devices of type PF2, installed on transoms with single or paired sashes, - two limiters (Fig. 7);

- transom devices of type PF2, installed on transoms with triple glazing, - two stops and two connectors (Fig. 6 and 7);

- screws of type ZR1 - with handles of type P1 (Fig. 8);

4 Technical requirements

4.1 Design requirements

4.1.1 Products must comply with the requirements of GOST 538. of this standard and the sample standard approved in the manner established at the enterprise.

4.1.2 Products must be manufactured according to design documentation developed taking into account the requirements of this standard.

4.1.3 This standard does not establish the shape of handles, linings, the cross-section of the bolts of overhead bolts, as well as the pointed part of the pins for screws.

4.1.4 The cord of a PF2 type transom device must pass over the rollers freely, without jamming and not jumping off.

4.1.5 The bolts of mortise latches and bolts in the open position should not protrude above the front surface of the slats or fall inside the body by more than 1 mm.

4.1.6 Dimensions of bolts and locking strips of overhead latches of types ШН1. ШН2 and surface-mounted valves ЗТ must ensure an interference tension of at least 3 mm when connecting them. The thickness of the locking strips of these products must be at least 1 mm.

4.1.7 Wrappers of type ZF1 should be made double-sided, types ZRZ and ZF2 - right and left-handed.

4.1.8 The design of the latches should provide for the possibility of installing them on both right and left window sashes.

4.1.9 The viewing angle of the door peephole must be at least 120 degrees.

4.1.11 The design of detachable connections of products must exclude the possibility of their spontaneous separation after installation on window and door units.

4.1.12 Moving parts of products, depending on their purpose, must be fixed in the outermost positions. if necessary, in intermediate positions.

4.1.13 The design of products must provide them reliable fastening throughout the entire service life.

4.2 Strength requirements

4.2.1 The strength of hardware products is characterized by resistance to static, dynamic or impact loads. Products whose operation is associated with the need to bear loads are tested for resistance to the specified loads.

4.2.2 The bolt-rods of overhead latches must be strong and withstand a load P = 800N.

4.2.3 Door chains must be strong and withstand a tensile force of 1960 N.

4.2.4 Handle brackets must be strong enough to withstand the following loads:

Along the handle-bracket parallel to the plane of its fastening (Table 2);

Perpendicular to the axis of the handle-bracket (Table 3).

4.3 Performance requirements

4.3.1 Performance values ​​are set in project documentation taking into account the efforts made by a person for the operation of products, as well as depending on the purpose and area of ​​application of the products.

4.3.2 Moving parts of products must move without jamming.

4.4 Requirements for the quality of protective and decorative (protective) coatings

Hardware must have protective or protective-decorative coatings in accordance with GOST 538, depending on the groups of operating conditions 1-Evil GOST 9.303. taking into account the scope of their application, climatic versions U. UHL. TV. TS. TM and placement categories 2-4 according to GOST 15150.

4.5 Material requirements

4.5.1 For the manufacture of hardware parts, use following materials: steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, plastics, glass regulatory documents(ND). approved in accordance with the established procedure.

4.5.2 Pins must be made of zinc-aluminum or other alloys with a hardness of 50...90H8.

4.5.3 The invoice for the gate valve type ZT must be made of steel rod.

4.6 Completeness

4.6.1 Each product must be supplied complete in accordance with the requirements of the RD for products specific types, design documentation and contracts.

4.6.2 Hardware, taking into account functional features should be equipped with screws in accordance with GOST 1145. GOST 1146 or screws in accordance with GOST 17474 and GOST 17475.

4.6.3 Hardware must be provided with a label (if necessary, a passport) in accordance with GOST 2.601. as well as (if necessary) instructions for operation and installation (installation).

4.7 Marking

4.7.1 Each product must be marked with the manufacturer’s trademark and design option. The location of marking is indicated in the working drawings.

4.7.2 The consumer packaging must indicate:

Name, address, trademark of the manufacturer;

Name and symbol of the product;

Number of products in the container;

Stamp of the technical control service;

Packer number, packing date (month, year);

Coating corrosion resistance class.

4.8 Packaging

4.8.1 Products must be stored and transported in packaged form.

4.8.2 Products of the same type must be packaged in consumer packaging and then in transport packaging. The method of packaging products must prevent their spontaneous movement and ensure the safety of products with their components and fasteners.

4.8.4 For packaging handles, fasteners, latches, mortise bolts, door and window stops, couplers, angles, it is allowed to use UM-1 packaging material in accordance with GOST 9.014. Fasteners must be wrapped and bundled with the products.

4.8.5 A packing list containing information according to 4.7.2 of this standard is included in each package. Individual packaging may include a label containing the same information.

5 Acceptance rules

5.1 Products must be accepted by the technical control service of the manufacturer for compliance with the requirements of this standard, as well as additional requirements specified in the contract for the supply of products.

5.2 Quality finished products confirm:

Incoming inspection of materials and components;

Production operational control;

Shift acceptance control of finished products;

Acceptance tests of a batch of products carried out by the technical control service of the manufacturer;

Periodic testing.

5.3 Procedure input control materials and components are established in the technological documentation taking into account the requirements of the RD for these materials and components.

5.4 The quality of manufacturing of product parts during the production process is confirmed by conducting production operational control at all stages of the technological cycle.

5.5 Acceptance quality control of finished products with a batch size of 90 pcs. inclusively carried out by the method of continuous control (piece by piece). With a batch size of 91 pcs. and more acceptance inspection should be carried out in accordance with GOST 18242. Product acceptance inspection plan - in accordance with GOST 538.

5.6 Acceptance tests of each batch of finished products are carried out by the technical control service of the manufacturer. The procedure for conducting acceptance tests is established in the quality control systems of the manufacturer.

5.7 Periodic tests

5.7.1 Periodic tests of wraps, door chains, transom devices must be carried out at least once every three years. During periodic testing, products are checked within the scope of acceptance control for compliance with the requirements of 4.2 and 4.3 of this standard and the requirements of ND for products of specific types.

5.7.2 At least three products are selected for periodic testing. If at least one product fails the test, double the number of tests should be carried out. If the results of repeated tests are unsatisfactory, the products are considered to have failed periodic testing. The batch of products is rejected.

5.7.3 Qualification tests are carried out for all indicators in accordance with the requirements of this standard and ND for products of specific types when putting the product into production.

5.7.4 Testing of products for certification purposes (if necessary) is carried out within the scope of periodic testing.

5.7.5 If changes are made to the design, materials or manufacturing technology, type tests of products are carried out to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of the changes made. The scope of type tests is determined by the nature of the changes. Products that have passed acceptance control are subjected to standard tests.

5.7.6 After the expiration of the warranty period of storage of products, the packaging, labeling, completeness, and appearance are checked. absence or presence of corrosion, operability.

6 Test methods

6.1 Methods for testing products during shift acceptance inspection and acceptance testing of batches of products carried out by the technical control service of the manufacturer are established in the RD for specific types of products.

6.2 Dimensions are checked universally measuring instrument. Appearance and the color of the products is checked visually by comparison with a reference sample. The operation of moving parts is checked manually, performing product operation cycles at least five times.

6.3 Testing of products in terms of strength and performance characteristics is carried out according to the methods of testing laboratories, taking into account the requirements of this standard and in accordance with GOST 24033.

6.4 All strength tests are carried out according to the following scheme: the applied loads are brought to the standard ones and left applied for 1 minute. After removing the loads, the condition of the test sample is visually checked.

6.5 When testing the strength of bolts-rods of overhead bolts, a load of 600 N is applied at a distance of 5 mm from the fastening point perpendicular to the plane of installation of the bolt.

6.6 When testing the strength of handle-brackets and handle-buttons, depending on the type and type of handle, the loads given in Tables 2-4 are applied.

6.7 The corrosion resistance of coatings is tested in special chambers in a neutral fog of 5% NaCI in accordance with GOST 9.306 and the working methods of testing laboratories. Evaluation of test results - in accordance with GOST 536. Tests for corrosion resistance of coatings must be carried out on the product in assembled form or on its individual parts.

6.6 Completeness, packaging and labeling are checked visually for compliance with the requirements of the design documentation.

7 Transportation and storage

7.1 Products are transported by all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules and conditions for loading and securing cargo in force for the corresponding type of transport.

7.2 Storage conditions for products - according to group 2. Transportation conditions - according to group 5. established by GOST 15150.

8 Manufacturer's warranty

8.1 The manufacturer must guarantee compliance of products with the requirements of this standard and ND for products of specific types, subject to the conditions of transportation, storage and operation, as well as subject to the presence of a single marking of the manufacturer’s trademark on the main parts of products supplied to the market as a whole product or as a set of individual parts.

8.2 Warranty period - no less than May 24 from the date of start of operation or from the date of sale through the retail chain.

3. Technical requirements, completeness, acceptance rules, control methods, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage and warranty period of operation of locking products must comply with GOST 538-88 and additional requirements of this standard.

4. Wrap-ties of type ZR1 may be manufactured before 01/01/90.

5. ZR4 type screws are intended for completing windows and balcony doors manufactured on automated lines installed at woodworking plants before 01/01/86.

6. The bolts of mortise latches and screws in the open position should not protrude above the front surface of the slats or fall inside the body by more than 1 mm.

7. The dimensions of the bolt and locking strip of bolts of types ShN1, ShN2 and gate valves of type ZT must ensure an interference fit of at least 3 mm when connecting them. The thickness of the locking strips of these products should not be less than 1 mm.

8. The cord of a PF2 type transom fixture must move freely along the rollers, without jamming and not slip off them.

9. Wrapping types ZR1, ZR2, ZR4 and ZF1 should be made double-sided, types ZR3 and ZF2 - in right and left versions.

10. The bolt of the 3T type valve must be made of steel rod.

11. The shape of the handles, linings, cross-section of the bolts of overhead latch bolts, as well as the pointed part of the pins for screws is not established by the standard.

12. Locking products must have a protective or protective-decorative coating in accordance with GOST 538-88 for 2, 3 or 4 (C) groups of operating conditions of GOST 9.303-84.

13. Bolt-rods of overhead latches should be tested for strength during acceptance and type tests.

Tests are carried out on a bench by applying a force of 800 N (78.4 kgf) to a fixed bolt-rod for 1 minute at a distance of 5 mm from the attachment point perpendicular to the plane of the bolt attachment.

After testing, the bolt-bar should not be deformed.

14. Transom devices of types PF1, PF2 and wrappers of types ZR1, ZR2, ZR3, ZR4 must be equipped with the following parts specified in Appendix 1:
- transom devices of types PF1, PF2, installed on transoms with separate frames, - with two connectors of design 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 (drawings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5);
- transom devices of type PF2, installed on transoms with single or paired sashes, - two stops (Fig. 7);
- transom devices of type PF2, installed on transoms with triple glazing, - two stops and two connectors (Fig. 6 and 7);
- screws of type ZR1 - with handles of type P1 (Fig. 8);

1. This standard applies to locking devices for wooden windows and doors used in the mass construction of residential and public buildings.

2. Symbols of types and names of locking devices, the recommended scope of their application are given in the table.

The types and main dimensions of locking devices must correspond to those indicated in the drawing. 1-13.

The main dimensions of connectors, stops, handles and linings intended for completing transom fixtures and mortise fittings, respectively, must correspond to those indicated in the drawing. 1-7 given in mandatory Appendix 1 to this standard.

Examples of installation of transom devices of types PF1 and PF2. tilt-and-turn device and mortise screw type ZR1 are given in recommended Appendix 2 to this standard.

13. Bolt-rods of overhead latches should be tested for strength during acceptance and type tests.

15. The value of transom devices of type PF1 and latches of types ShN1 and ShN2 must be indicated when ordering.
