These pumps have been approved to carry the 3A Compliance symbol; they are suitable for cleaning in place (CIP) and sterilization (SIP) and for washing manually. LKH UltraPure pumps are also available in versions with surface treatment to a cleanliness of 0.5 microns (150 grit, where grit is the abrasive grain number), as well as a set of parts for a flush seal and a package of detailed Q-doc documentation, which allows you to monitor the implementation of certification procedures and certification.

LKHex pumps

Highly efficient and economical centrifugal pumps of the LKHex series comply with the requirements of the ATEX directive 94/9 IEC gr. II, categories 2G and 3G, temperature classes T1~T4.

LKHI Series

Complementing the LKH series, the LKHI pumps have an internal seal, allowing them to be used for systems with inlet pressures up to 16 bar. The simple, efficient design is ideal for use in filtration systems (and beyond) and is characterized by high reliability and performance, as well as ease of maintenance.

LKH Multistage Series

Designed to 3A standards and available in two, three or four stage versions, LKH-Multistage multistage pumps save space and energy by replacing up to three booster pumps in a line. Designed primarily for use in high-pressure, low-capacity systems, they can withstand system pressures of up to 40 bar and provide an additional pressure boost of up to 19 bar, making them suitable for a variety of filtration applications as well as other applications.

LKHPF High Series
Pressure

The LKHPF High Pressure Series pumps feature a reinforced pump body and backplate, high-pressure internal seals and heavy-duty threaded connections. This allows them to operate with inlet pressures of up to 40 bar, making them ideal for use in reverse osmosis and nanofiltration. The seal can be replaced in a few seconds without removing the rear panel.

LKHSP Series

LKHSP series pumps are self-priming, which means they can be used to pump products containing air or gas. The pumps are therefore ideally suited for installation in cleaning fluid return lines of CIP systems, as well as for emptying tanks. LKHSP pumps have their own capacity, check valve(normally closed) on the inlet side, a tee and a check valve (normally open) in the bypass line.

LKH Evap Series

Sanitary pumps of the LKH Evap series are distinguished by high efficiency and have the lowest NPSH value, making them ideal for use in evaporation plants such as liquid thickening systems and powder production lines, as well as dewatering plants. By using an additional pump impeller of a special design, it is possible to optimize its operation in conditions where there is a risk of a layer of solid deposits.

Interchangeability of shaft seals for pumps of different series. Front mounted seals.

Uniform shaft seal for ease of maintenance and operational flexibility.

All standard pump models LKH (LKH 5–60) and SolidC (SolidC 1–4) are fitted with one shaft seal size, allowing you to always have the right type of seal in stock without additional costs. In addition, a single mechanical seal can be easily replaced with a flush or double mechanical seal with just a few additional components.
