Social project. What is a social project and social design

Various social projects. Not only students, but also teachers must learn to love the world, make it better. Below we will present the topics of social projects that can inspire and attract attention. Perhaps someone will have a desire to turn one of the proposed ideas into reality.

Learn to cook for yourself, loved ones and those in need

Cooking will be a good skill lesson for schoolchildren. How important it is to learn to cook. Everyone can boil potatoes or pasta, but not everyone can make a more serious dish. Therefore, it is worth considering such a social topic of cooking is high.

The occasion could be Maslenitsa, when you need to bake pancakes, or May 9, when veterans of the Great Patriotic War come to visit Patriotic War. You can ask permission to carry out this project in the dining room so that all the necessary items are at hand, including water. It is necessary to observe sanitary and hygienic requirements: wash your hands with soap, put on an apron, scarf or cap to prevent hair from getting into food. Be sure to cover the table with oilcloth. Government utensils should be handled with care. You should definitely discuss in advance with your students what you will cook, what products you need, and what to buy. It is recommended that each student be assigned individual responsibilities. Upon completion of the work, the room and furniture must be returned to perfect order. Prepared food is packaged in containers or wrapped in cling film.

How to help families?

Let's consider social project on the topic "Family". Class teachers usually get to know parents at meetings. It is at such moments that you can find out which family needs help. For example, one of the students has a large family and little money. A baby was recently born, and he doesn’t even have new onesies or toys. The old ones were all worn out, broken, thrown away. Maybe you have some nice things at home. Give them to a poor family.

Great Victory Day

Every year, schools must remember the feat that our great-grandfathers and great-grandmothers accomplished for us. Invite a veteran to school. Naturally, you need to prepare everything for the holiday: decorate the room, the assembly hall, prepare a meal, buy flowers.

In celebration of the Great Victory, you can combine the themes of social projects, for example, cooking, cleaning the school, buying flowers, reading books and poems about the war, sewing costumes. Undoubtedly, such a thing requires a lot of effort, time, and money, but with general pedagogical and student efforts everything will work out. The holiday should come from a pure heart.

Disabled children

The social project on the topic “Disabled Children” bears a huge responsibility. Such children, as a rule, study either in a specialized school or at home. In the second case, they definitely need help. It is worth asking students and parents if there are any disabled children around. Maybe your child needs help learning. For example, you can teach him how to use a computer to make it easier for him to study and master a profession in the future. You will need help in all subjects. Let those guys who do well and know how to explain help. Be sure to bring books that you no longer need, but will be useful to a sick child. Do not forget that communication with peers is very important for him. You shouldn’t burden him only with studies, just talk to him about topics that interest him. Become a good and loyal friend.

Let's become masters

How to develop a love of crafts in children? Of course, you need to give them labor lessons on various topics to find out who has what abilities. You can give examples of social projects in which the help of a master would be useful: helping frail old people, sick children, mothers of many children, as well as preparing for performances, sewing clothes. The latter are most often needed to raise funds for those in need.

In the future he may become a real master of his craft. He will be able to provide not only for himself, but also for his family. It is also important to develop good qualities, selflessness, and hard work in a person.

Helping a classmate and other people

A social project on the topic “Help” would be very relevant. Who exactly? For example, classmates. Let high-achieving children help low-achieving students improve in their subjects, but under no circumstances should you solve all their homework for them. Maybe someone needs help buying textbooks. Go together to a store where you can buy books cheaper.

You can also help outside of school. Ask the guys who need help with something. For example, someone who is good with computers will be able to help a classmate solve a problem. Girls can give fresh flowers in pots to those who don’t have them.

Let's help the poor and homeless

Not every school has themes of social projects related to providing for disadvantaged people: the poor, the homeless, the orphaned. It is desirable to develop this direction. Maybe schoolchildren will save someone's life. Students' organizational skills, cooking, and communication skills will come in handy.

It is important to ensure that children maintain distance when meeting a homeless person to avoid contracting various diseases. It is better to serve food and drinks while wearing medical gloves. It is worth taking care of a traveling first aid kit. It is advisable to put hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, brilliant green, bandages, and ointment for wound healing in it. If any of these people need serious health care, then it’s better to call an ambulance.

In such a social project, you can help those who have had trouble: they were robbed, their house burned down, or their loved ones died.

Let's decorate the school

Many schoolchildren associate the word “subbotnik” with cleaning the territory. But that’s how it is. Let such work bring only joy. Themes of social projects will help with this, such as, for example: “Let's decorate the school”, “Native walls heal”, “Let's give each other a gift”. It is advisable that such a “clean-up day” become a holiday, and not a day of general cleaning, then the children will be attracted to it.

You can get together as a class and discuss who can bring to school, for example, interesting hats with ears, a colorful bucket, or good music. Be sure to plan whether there will be any rearrangement or wall decoration in the room. Young designers and artists can be entrusted with making a wall newspaper.

Gifts for children from the orphanage

You can also bring it as part of helping children. Teachers, together with the school director, negotiate with the head orphanage or an orphanage for a meeting, organizing a holiday and distributing gifts. If everything goes well, you should discuss all the details with the students in advance. It is important to choose those who are ready for everything free time dedicate to making gifts, create a performance script.

It would be a good gift homemade thing. Girls can look for unnecessary ones at home, but good material to sew a toy or a cute bag for surprises. If students have extra souvenirs, stationery, toys, books, then be sure to give them to the orphans. When making a present, it is important to have good mood, activity and a fruitful idea.

They can create a good scenario that will help orphans determine their interests, identify abilities and talent. For this you can come up with special games and master classes. For such an event as a holiday in orphanage, you need to prepare seriously, since orphans have a specific idea of \u200b\u200blife.

Let's put the class in order

Of course, it is more pleasant to study in a clean, bright and comfortable classroom. It's not so much about spring cleaning, how much about creation home comfort. Let's consider a variant of the theme of social projects for schoolchildren, which is related to classroom decoration.

If this is a study of Russian language and literature, geography, history, then it is enough to decorate it with flowers and restore portraits of classics and scientists. Students can not only wash and clean classrooms of computer science, chemistry, physics, and mathematics, but also put in order equipment, instruments, and instruments.

Each teacher can develop a project plan for students. It is important to tell something new and interesting during the execution process. For example, a computer science teacher might find a Soviet calculator or encyclopedia that depicts an abacus (the counting board of the ancient Greeks). It is worth preparing an interesting story about these things.

School library

This section will present an idea such as a project: “What can the school library". If desired, teachers and students can make a report on when the first libraries appeared, how the ancient Egyptians stored handwritten information and much more. But what is more important, most likely, is not history, but the real library that is located in your school. Students together with the librarian can see what books, in addition to textbooks, are available, whether they are all arranged according to their subjects and in alphabetical order. Maybe one of the students will bring printed publications from home that they do not need, or they are superfluous, for example, classic literature, physics, chemistry, various encyclopedias, teaching materials on a foreign language.

But everything must be agreed upon with the reading room employee and the head teacher. You can make various presentations. As a social project, work can be done to restore textbooks. If there are marks in the book with a pencil or pen, torn pages, drawings by mischievous students, then you need to put the book in order using an eraser, a white marker, tape or glue, and sometimes thread and a needle.

Ecology and cleanliness in the surrounding world

How important it is to know in modern world state environment, and even more important - preserve nature! A social project on the topic “Ecology” for schoolchildren will partly help with this. Cleanliness must be maintained everywhere. Children, together with a biology and ecology teacher, can create a plan for how to arrange school classrooms and a yard.

In spring, it’s time to clean up the area, remove debris, and level the ground. You can plant many plants: shrubs and flowers. Children should enjoy the activity. Let each student make a contribution: bring a shovel or scoop from home, plant seeds or ready-made seedlings (it all depends on the month, type of plant).

It is important that the building also has green corners that will lift the spirits of students and teachers. Just don’t forget that plants need to be looked after. Let the children take the initiative and work with their biology teacher to create a schedule for watering, fertilizing, pruning and replanting.

What else can you think of?

Projects can be compiled infinite set and on various topics. It’s worth choosing not only popular ones, but also relevant ones. It is important that the idea does not stop three days after approval and the start of preparation, but continues after completion. For example, the project: “What a school library can tell you about” should be carried out annually or once every couple of years, “Green Corner” and “Ecology” require consistency, helping orphans and disabled children can also be an integral part of school life.

In conclusion, an answer will be given to those who doubt the need for such events. You can hear the phrases from someone: “Who needs this?”, “Why waste time?”, “My parents don’t have money!” No one will be forced to participate in the events. So are the topics of social projects in school necessary? Certainly! They teach kindness, mercy, show true meaning life in helping those who are weaker than us.

Social project - this is a program of real action, which is based on a current social problem that requires resolution. Its implementation will help improve the social situation in a particular region and society. This is one way to participate public life by practical solution pressing social problems.

The implementation of a social project takes place in several stages (they are usually called steps):
1. Studying public opinion and identifying a current social problem.
2. Involving participants and the public to solve this social project.
3. Determination of the goals and objectives of the social project.
4. Determining the content of the social project. Drawing up a work plan. Distribution of duties.
5. Determining the required resources and drawing up a budget.
6. Development of a project evaluation system.
7. Formation of public opinion.
8. Search for business partners. Preparation of project proposals.
9. Conducting official negotiations. Obtaining the necessary resources.
10. Carrying out planned activities.
11. Analysis of work results.

I. Development of a social project

Stage 1 (step 1). Studying public opinion and identifying a current social problem.
It is important to determine what problem concerns the residents of your city, town, village, microdistrict, and school students. For example, the work of public transport, the preservation of green spaces, environmental pollution, the condition of children's playgrounds, etc. Information can be collected as a result of a sociological survey, studying press materials, television, meetings with local leaders and specialists.
Defining a social problem is a complex and important process. Based on the formulated problem, a social project will be developed aimed at implementing this social problem. A social project should not be aimed at solving an issue that is too narrow or broad. Otherwise, such a social project may fail. To determine the content of a social project, it is necessary to organize a discussion of the selected options for social problems. When choosing a social problem, consider the following:
- the importance of this social problem for the city, town, village, school district;
- the scale of this problem (how many residents are interested in solving this social problem);
- the possibility of practical implementation of the problem by project participants.
In order to draw up a program for the preparation and implementation of a social project, it is necessary to clearly formulate the social problem.

Stage 2 (step 2). Involving participants and the public to solve this social project.
It is necessary to explain to the public the content of this social problem, to achieve approval and support from it. It is important to determine the circle of public organizations government agencies, organs local government, deputies, journalists and other interested parties in solving this problem who can. provide assistance and support, and attract them to cooperation.

Stage 3 (step 3).Determining the goals and objectives of a social project.
The expected results of the project are determined. They must be clear, specific, achievable. After the project goals are formulated, tasks aimed at implementing specific stages are determined. Tasks help to detail the goals and reveal them. Solving problems should lead to the expected result, the achievement of set goals. Its success will depend on the clarity and awareness of the formulation of the goals and objectives of the project.

Stage 4 (step 4). Determining the content of a social project. Drawing up a work plan. Distribution of duties
At this stage, the main directions, forms and methods of activity within the project, the volume of work to be done, the timing of its implementation and those responsible are determined. All this can be drawn up in the form of a plan. The plan must be clear, clear and realistically achievable. It must reflect not only the final results, but also the ways of their implementation, i.e. solutions specific tasks, with the help of which the stages of the project are implemented. The plan is discussed and approved by all participants and accepted by them for implementation.
When drawing up a plan, it is important to distribute responsibilities between project participants, which will contribute to the success of its implementation. When distributing responsibilities, it is necessary to use the principle of voluntariness, i.e. take into account the desire of the person, as well as his individual characteristics, experience, knowledge, abilities and level of preparedness. Each participant must understand that he is personally responsible for specific area work. Preliminary training of project members is possible. The training program can include both theoretical and practical classes.

Stage 5 (step 5).Determining the required resources and drawing up a budget.
To implement a social project, various resources may be needed: finance, material values, information.
In this case, it is necessary to provide for the volumes of required resources at all stages of the implementation of this project. If it provides for receipt and expenditure Money, then you need to create a budget. All cash receipts and expenses must be documented and recorded. A separate ledger is created for this purpose. Spending available funds requires the same careful attention. All amounts spent must be supported by documents: checks, acts and other documents.

Stage 6 (step 6).Development of a project evaluation system.
Development of an assessment system is very important stage preparation of a social project. The attitude towards the results of activities will depend on this. Criteria and indicators must be specific and clear. There are two types of main indicators: quantitative and qualitative. The second type is more complex, because it is difficult to measure. But changes in the social sphere cannot always be measured using numbers alone. It is important that the indicators being determined are realistically achievable, otherwise difficulties may arise in implementing the program of activities. The assessment is given to the actions of each project participant and the team as a whole. Evaluation of the work on the project is carried out both by the participants themselves and by experts, public organizations, government agencies, etc.

Stage 7 (step 7).Formation of public opinion.
The success of the project will largely depend on the favorable attitude of the public towards it. Public involvement should occur at all stages of the creation and implementation of the project. But when goals, objectives, content, forms and methods have already been determined, plans have been drawn up, this work takes on special significance. It is necessary to acquaint the public with the main goals, ideas and content of the social project. For this they can be used various methods: design of posters, leaflets, photo and video materials, meetings and conversations with local residents, involvement of the media, specialists, experts, employees of government agencies and organizations. Effective formation of positive public opinion, attraction of like-minded people to cooperation will create the necessary conditions to implement the project.

II. Practical implementation of the project

Stage 8 (step 8). Search for business partners. Preparation of project proposals.
After everything is prepared for the implementation of the project, it is necessary to adjust its program and plan taking into account the social situation, identify business partners - organizations and individuals who can help in the implementation of the project. You can make a list of local authorities officials, public organizations, enterprises, educational institutions, cultural institutions located in the region, get acquainted with the areas of their activities in order to determine which of them to involve in cooperation. It is advisable to make proposals for joint activities for discussion with business partners and the text of the cooperation agreement.

Stage 9 (step 9).Conducting official negotiations.Obtaining the necessary resources.
At this stage, project participants meet with business partners, discuss joint actions, actions, enter into agreements, enlist support from local authorities, public organizations, the media, and receive the resources necessary to carry out events. Receiving outside help will help create the necessary conditions for the implementation of a social project. It is important that a friendly, kind, positive atmosphere of trust arises, which will help to cooperate with government, public and private organizations.
You need to carefully prepare for a meeting with business partners: draw up a plan for the upcoming meeting, determine what you would like to agree on, select compelling arguments to convince your partner of the importance of implementing the project and obtaining mutual benefits from its implementation. It is better to conclude a contract for a longer period so that it does not have to be concluded again. The agreement must be drawn up in writing in two copies, signed by the partners.
Any material resources received for the implementation of the project need to be accounted for. To do this, it is advisable to keep a book of material assets in order to record the receipt of material resources and their use.

Stage 10 (step 10).Carrying out planned events.
Fulfilling the plan requires the combined efforts of all project participants. Only a friendly, close-knit team, acting on the basis of mutual assistance and mutual assistance, can solve complex tasks and carrying out planned activities.
It is not recommended to deviate from the planned points of the plan. This can only happen in exceptional cases. Also, you should not deviate from the scheduled deadlines. It is better to do everything on time to avoid rush and fuss. On the other hand, any plan requires adjustments. It can be modified and changed to take into account new circumstances. Therefore, changes need to be made from time to time. Clear, strict, consistent implementation of the planned activities will lead to the implementation of the program, the achievement of set goals and the solution of a social problem.

III. Results of the project

Stage 11 (step 11). Analysis of work results.
An important step is to analyze the work on the project. It is necessary to compare the goal set and the results achieved. To do this you need to answer the questions:
- Has the goal of the project been achieved?
- What are the positive and negative consequences of the project? (What worked? What didn’t work? Why?)
- What was the atmosphere like during the social project?
- What was the contribution of each project participant to the overall result of the work?
- What did you learn during the project?
- What needs to be changed to make the implementation of the next social project more successful?

The social project is aimed at improving the life of society. Its main feature is the lack of material benefits for the organizers and the improvement of any aspect of society. Next, let's take a closer look at what it is.

Concept

A social project is a type of activity aimed at development social sphere, effective organization social work, solving social problems (overcoming poverty, increasing the level of education, etc.). If a socio-economic project is aimed at making a profit, then the goal of a social project is to improve any social aspect of life: the education system, healthcare, changes in better side life of elderly people without any material benefit for the organizers. Therefore, their initiators are often charitable foundations, educational non-profit organizations, religious communities, but there are also just citizens who just want to help other people.

Let's give an example of a social project. In Russia, a bracelet with a GPS navigator and a panic button was created for notification in an emergency. The idea was suggested by chance. The authors cared for elderly people who had memory problems. The risk of getting lost is high for pensioners with such ailments. Just walk an extra two blocks and they may never find their way back. The button with the bracelet serves this purpose. The pensioner clicks on it - a signal is sent to relatives with exact coordinates.

This example The social project was liked not only by people caring for the elderly. Parents with young children also gave a positive assessment. They protected the lives of children and pensioners.

Social projects for youth

Not only the elderly and children are interested parties. There are also social projects for young people. Their main feature is that it is necessary to take into account fashion trends and modern life.

Let's give another example of a social project - for young people. The “10 Evenings in...” Film Festival was implemented. Its essence is that 10 films from one country are selected. After this, film screenings are organized under open air. For example, the screening of ten German films was called “10 evenings in Berlin.” Spanish - “10 evenings in Madrid”. The project was created by a youth organization exclusively for young people. Of course, all age categories could watch films, but late in the evening, in the open air in a romantic setting, films were watched mainly by young couples from 18 to 25 years old. The project actively collaborated with embassies and regional offices various countries. For example, German films were presented by the German cultural center them. Goethe. French - with the support of the French Embassy.

The films were played in the original, with Russian subtitles. This added additional interest to students of linguistic faculties, as well as people studying a foreign language.

There are also projects that target all categories. We will consider a similar example of a social project below.

"Let's run"

The “Run” project is a voluntary association of people who decided to run, but were looking for an additional incentive to do so. Often, many who do not play sports have ever argued that “tomorrow a new life will begin.” As a rule, everything is limited to words. The “Run” project was created just for such people. The basic idea is as follows: people register in the project and pay a fixed fee. Within a certain period of time, they must post evidence that they are actually running along the routes that the system lays out.

After a certain time, the general fund is divided among those who remained in the project. As a result, the person got involved in sports and earned a little extra money. Sometimes bonuses are twice the original amount. After the project, the winners, as a rule, continue to run. The project provides financial benefits to the participants, but not to the organizers.

This example of a social project has a development goal healthy image life through additional incentives.

How to create similar projects yourself? Let's move on to the stages.

Stage one: choosing a goal

The first thing you need to do is formulate a goal: what is the project for? This could be free assistance to people, free consultations, etc. It is important to understand that the task of a specific project is not meant, for example, the creation of a free legal advice, and the goal is to increase the legal literacy of the population.

Stage two: choosing a topic

Topics are selected based on goals, desires, skills, and investments. You can analyze the best social projects. Incorporate their experience into your future. Let's imagine best themes social projects in 2016:

  • "Family sports centers."
  • The White Line Award project is aimed at raising the level of commercial and aesthetic services.
  • Social assistance service “Your Nurse”, etc.

The main thing when choosing a topic for social projects is relevance. There is no point in starting a business that does nothing to improve people's lives. Often, some educational institutions and public organizations waste the time of volunteers and the money of sponsors for a useless purpose that has no impact on society.

Stage three: creation and implementation

Once the goal, objectives, and theme have been determined, the third stage begins - the creation of a social project. You can do it on your own and financial capabilities. However, if you have limited funds, you can think about a competition for social projects. Let's talk a little about this next.

Social Projects Competition

Competitions are aimed at supporting initiatives. It consists of:

  1. Providing grants and financial assistance.
  2. In information support. This includes various supervision, consultations in legal and financial matters.
  3. In project coverage. Some initiatives require neither financial support nor advice. They need wide publicity. Various forums and exhibitions serve these purposes. They are usually actively covered in the media.

Support for social projects can be from federal, local authorities, commercial organizations. Conditions, requirements, and priority areas are set on official resources. Yes, the administration Altai Territory in 2016 declared priorities:

  • maintaining motherhood;
  • prevention of abortion, drug addiction and HIV diseases;
  • increasing legal literacy;
  • mentoring of “special groups” of children, etc.

Defense of a social project is a mandatory stage of competitions. More on this below.

Project protection

During the defense, a special commission analyzes the prospects for the future of the case, compliance with the stated priorities and objectives of the competition. The assessment is made based on the requirements:

  1. Limitation. It can be not only temporary, but also based on goals, objectives, results. Boundedness implies that the project has clear milestones with specific deadlines, measurable objectives, plans and schedules.
  2. Integrity. Assumes that each stage is part of a single closed system. Any action within the framework of the project serves to achieve the goal.
  3. Subsequence. It involves the implementation of a pre-planned plan, without unnecessary movements and costs.
  4. Planned results. Must be based on objective research of the market, target audience, needs, etc.
  5. Viability. Determination of development, prospects. In other words, will the project be able to last as long as stated in the plans?

Project implementation

The implementation of the social project takes place on the basis of the requirements that were stated during the defense. It is recommended to leave them only in extreme cases.

The first thing we have already indicated is limitation, or specificity. This allows you to monitor in practice the success of planned actions. For example, a project to improve the legal literacy of rural residents. The goals and objectives are clear from the name. But how to determine specific stages? To do this, it is necessary to analyze how many residents live in a particular area, divide them into age groups, and determine their main problems related to legal illiteracy. Based on all this information, plan stages. For example, providing free help one thousand people per year on issues of property deductions for pensioners.

Specifics play an important role, it contains:

  • stages and timing of implementation;
  • clear goals and objectives;
  • measurable results;
  • plans and implementation schedules.

As they say, what kind of wind should be fair if the captain does not know where to sail? However, specificity, although an important factor for the success of the project, is not the only one. The second is the desire and dedication of all participants. If the authors put their soul, energy, desire, and all their strength into their creation, then this is a good guarantee of success, and vice versa. Creation comfortable conditions, proper motivation, consistency in the implementation of intended goals - all this is required from managers.

Implementation steps

Implementation occurs in several stages (steps):

  1. Collection and analysis of public opinion to determine relevance.
  2. Creation of a unified and cohesive team.
  3. Defining goals and objectives depending on relevance and team.
  4. Drawing up a step-by-step plan.
  5. Financial planning.
  6. Development of performance criteria.
  7. Formation of public opinion.
  8. Search for sponsors and partners.
  9. Implementation of the drawn up plan.
  10. Analysis of the results obtained.

It is important to know that this sequence is not strict. It may change in specific project depending on individual goals and objectives. For example, there is no need to search for additional funds and partners to provide free legal services pensioners on the basis of an existing law office.

Problem Definition

The positive results of social projects depend on the right choice relevance of the problem. Indeed, sometimes problems arise that do not solve the essence of the problem. That is, they are absolutely not needed by the population. Let's agree, it's stupid to open a hairdresser for pets in rural areas with a population of less than one thousand people.

Relevance, i.e. social significance, is determined by the study of public opinion. Various collection methods: surveys, questionnaires, mailings. You can contact your local administration for help. They go along with such experiments, because thanks to them one of the most pressing problems of the population is solved. In addition to advice, reaching out to local authorities can pay other significant dividends.

It is important to know that a significant problem must first be identified, to solve which such projects are created. When determining it, the following is taken into account:

  • The relevance of the problem for a specific city, village, microdistrict, street.
  • Scale, i.e. how many stakeholders will participate in the project.
  • Practical implementation, i.e. the ability to implement the project in the proposed territory with the participation of the declared number of people.

Information support

At the second stage, it is important to gain public opinion. To do this, it is imperative to meet with the local administration, public organizations, and journalists. It is important to receive not just approval, but information support. This will allow you to attract an additional number of people without the financial costs of advertising.

The main thing is personal responsibility

The next steps are drawing up a project and recruiting a team. It is important to clearly define who is responsible for what. The absence of those responsible leads to a negative result. If a group is working, then you need to identify the leader. Give him personal responsibility for the entire team. Otherwise, the famous law will work: if there is more than one to blame, then no one is to blame.

Defining Resources

The next step is to identify resources. This concept refers not only to financial resources, but also information, material assets, real estate. Additional sources resources can be:

  • Grandees, participation in competitions.
  • Municipal authorities.
  • Other interested public organizations.
  • Concerned citizens.

Development of a rating system

When implementing any project, control plays an important role. It involves a clear rating system. Before creating a project, it is imperative to work out the criteria. When defining them, it is important that the results are achievable. Otherwise, participants will understand that it is impossible to achieve them. This will lead to loss of enthusiasm, concentration, and interest. Everything will end in failure.

Formation of public opinion

Public opinion cannot be underestimated. Public support will lead to successful results. If the majority of residents have a negative attitude towards a social project, then it will most likely be doomed to failure. The population will do everything that depends on them, if only the unwanted organization would curtail its work on their territory.

As an example of the indicative power of public opinion, one can cite the case of a discussion of a social project to help drug addicts. It was planned that centers would be created where addicts could receive a dose. According to the plan, it was assumed that this would reduce mortality. It will also be possible to keep records of the number of drug addicts to assess the scale of the problem. The population of the residential areas where such centers were supposed to be located actively fought the project at the discussion stage. People were afraid for their property, children, their lives. Their neighborhoods became drug dens of sorts. Naturally, few people may like this.

Results of the work

After carrying out all the planned activities, it is important to summarize and answer the following questions:

  • Did everything work out? Have the results that were planned in advance been achieved?
  • If not, why did this happen? What needs to be done to avoid failure in the future?
  • What was the atmosphere like during the events? How did interested participants, local authorities, and the media support the project?
  • How effective is the team? Is additional motivation needed?
  • What did the project give to its participants?

Reasons for failure

The reasons for failure mainly lie in failure to comply with the above requirements, these are:

  1. Lack of clearly defined goals and objectives. We have already given an analogy with a ship and the wind.
  2. Poor management. Sometimes the problem is the wrong priorities, i.e. less things are solved first important issues. Urgent ones, on the contrary, fade into the background, which leads to negative consequences.
  3. Insufficient attention to results and consequences.
  4. Lack of accounting external environment. Authors and managers should learn that sometimes nothing depends on them. Underestimation external factors leads to internal failures. These include: changes in legislation, economic crisis, change of government, etc.
  5. Insufficient research into relevance. Failures often result from overestimating the needs of society. For example, a charitable organization invests money in the construction of a sports ground in a rural area. However, she did not take into account that there would not be enough children under 18 to fill two football teams. Consequently, building a site in this location is an extremely inefficient use of funds. With the same success it was possible to build a sports facility in another place. This would allow more children to be reached. This example is correct only if the goal of the facility is the maximum development of children's sports. It is possible that the organization’s goals are to develop the village and increase the number of residents in rural areas. Then our example, on the contrary, is correct. However, it is very difficult to predict the stages of implementation, since the demographic situation in a particular locality is unlikely to depend on the sports facility.

Social project passport

Any commercial, social or investment project must have a passport. It makes up the essence, the content. It is enough to analyze the project passport to understand what it is. It contains:

  1. Subject.
  2. Project type.
  3. Goals and objectives.
  4. Justification: organizational, legal, financial.
  5. Implementation stages and deadlines.
  6. Expected results.

Conclusion

The goal of the social project is to make people's lives better. The state, if possible, tries to support all initiatives in this direction.

“You say: children tire me. You're right.
You explain: we must descend to their concepts.
Lower, bend, bend, shrink. You are wrong.
It’s not because we get tired, but because we have to rise to their feelings.
Rise, stand on tiptoes, stretch. So as not to offend."

Janusz Korczak.

Social design is an independent choice of the activity that best suits the interests and abilities of the child. The person who makes the choice bears personal responsibility for its consequences.

Social design is an opportunity for real participation in solving problems of the school, city, and society. It is this thought – “I can do it myself and not only for myself” – that inspires teenagers the most. This period of the formation of a child’s personality is characterized by a pronounced need to be needed, useful to others, and a desire to test one’s abilities in real life. It is the reality, the vitality of the social project that attracts schoolchildren. This is a kind of test of adulthood. And each of the teenagers would like to endure it with dignity.

Social design is a collective work on a large and important matter, which develops important social skills that are essential today for labor activity in production teams, in companies, etc. A student today faces a serious choice - to live only for himself or remember about others and help them to the best of his ability. Of course, both of these positions can and should be combined, switching from purely personal interests to group, collective, and social ones.

A social project, carried out by a student’s own choice, is a real school of life, since the participants in the design gain invaluable experience in making choices and get used to taking responsibility for it. This is an effective test of your own abilities and an opportunity to adjust your life plans.

Thus, one of the goals of the educational system of the gymnasium is solved: the formation of a humane, creative, tolerant person, capable of preserving and developing the moral values of family, society and humanity; use them in Everyday life demonstrating this through their behavior, communication, and activities. This goal is achieved through charity events in which students, parents and teachers actively participate.

The social project “Kind Heart” is being implemented in the Municipal educational institution“Gymnasium No. 2” in Sarov since 1997.

According to the social passport data, there are no children in dire need of financial assistance at the school. Most high school students come from families that are well off financially. Therefore, the project was conceived for our students to a greater extent to solve an educational problem: the embodiment of the humanistic principle of education - the formation of empathy, tolerance, compassion.

Charity events are carried out aimed at showing mercy and kindness to people in need of help and support. Students, parents and teachers of the gymnasium provide assistance to pupils temporarily staying in compensatory kindergartens, rehabilitation centers, and orphanages; to military personnel undergoing military service in our city; veterans of the Great Patriotic War; homeless animals. They do not need material goods, but rather human participation. This is exactly what our social project teaches: to show positive human qualities(warmth, kindness, mercy).

The project is directed for the effective development of a person of the 21st century: mobile, constructive, sociable, tolerant, responsible, capable of quickly solving emerging problems.

Relevance of the project.

In the modern world, there has been a split in society - rich and poor people, wealthy and those in dire need have appeared. The most vulnerable segments of the population were the elderly, children, the poor, the disabled, and those with many children. The economic crisis has changed the worldview of people, especially teenagers.

The project creates conditions for the manifestation of the best human qualities of a Russian citizen.

Ultimately, showing mercy can lead to philanthropy and the desire to help other people.

Project goals include:

  1. Formation of mercy, empathy, tolerance, compassion.
  2. Development of social skills of behavior and attitudes to independently solve problem situations.
  3. Coordination of the activities of society and school for the development of children: cooperation with city professionals; expanding the space of interaction with the outside world.

The objectives of the project are:

  1. Involving students and parents in a social project, creating conditions for the implementation of creative initiatives.
  2. Providing moral and material assistance to children who find themselves in difficult social conditions.
  3. Development of socially productive skills.

Project implementation stages:

  1. Collection of information.
  2. Discussion at the Elder, Council of Affairs (children's and youth organizations).
  3. Coordinating collaborative classroom and individual efforts.
  4. Activities and deadlines for implementing work plans in areas.
  5. Feedback(video reports, publications in the school newspaper, radio broadcasts).

What attracts you to the project?

  1. Breadth and consistency.
  2. Duration of implementation.
  3. Continuity of communication.
  4. Information exchange.

The educational task is to form a humane person capable of compassion. Hence the need arose for multidirectional actions concerning those who need love and mercy: children, soldiers, veterans and animals.

Promotions of the social project “Kind Heart”:

  1. "Gift for a little friend."
  2. "Outpost".
  3. "Veteran".
  4. "Cat house".
  5. "Bird Cafe"

All class groups, led by class teachers and 98% of students’ families are socially active. All subjects are involved in project, educational and social educational activities educational process: students, parents, teachers. Project participants easily adapt to socio-economic conditions.

We will be glad if socially active adults and children in Russia join the implementation of the “Kind Heart” project.

How to teach to do good unselfishly? Only by your example.

Social projects, the ideas of which were brought to life, can be distinguished primarily by the priority goal that they pursue. Secondly, they differ in the degree and quality of influence on the life of society.

To be fair, it is worth noting that the ideas of social projects cover many areas of human life. It is not always possible to maintain the “ideality” of priority goals.

Priorities and goals

Social projects, the ideas of which can be called truly social, have priority goals, as is generally believed, a significant improvement in the life of society. For example, in summer season In many cities, active and enterprising people have been organizing and successfully carrying out a project called “Running” for several years now. Its essence is discussed in more detail below, but now it is important to mention the results. In just one million-plus city, more than 100,000 people voluntarily took part in this kind of project. More than half of the people reached the finish line, having run more than 300 kilometers in total in 3 months! Social projects whose ideas receive such a response really change the life of society for the better.

One can only imagine how many people have become healthier, what a beneficial influence has been exerted on the younger generation by running parents or relatives. As a result of participation in the project, many people develop the useful habit of taking care of themselves and their health systematically. They will also have new like-minded friends, with whom it will be easier and more fun to move forward.

"Antisocial" project

“Trolleybus of Happiness” is the name of a “social” project implemented in practice, which even won prizes in a competition on this topic. Its stated goals are to modernize the system higher education by developing an innovation ecosystem.

The project managers, based on the published information, set themselves rather prosaic tasks. By implementing the “Trolleybus of Happiness”, they wanted to intensify the educational process, conduct training for masters and publicly defend themselves in a competition for similar projects.

What's the reality

In fact, the university turned to the city electric transport with a proposal: “Let’s decorate your trolleybuses with the help of our students, and together we’ll call it all a social project?” No sooner said than done. We allocated 4 trolleybuses, students decorated them for free in their free time, invited musicians, wrote to the press - done! 4 colorful trolleybuses, really beautiful, travel around the city and are mobile mini-exhibitions various topics- festive, romantic, patriotic...

How has life in the city changed? In principle, no way. How did the energy and money spent by people, students, and teachers modernize the higher education system? In principle, no way. How did the system of eco-innovation develop with the help of a trolleybus that has been around for over 100 years? It is not known for certain. Has it improved significantly as a result? It’s hardly possible to say so.

General Alternative

“Run” is one of the real projects that could be called truly social. Its essence is that a person who wants to run in the morning registers in in social networks. He makes a certain small monetary contribution and then runs for 100 days in a row.

After each lesson, according to the rules of the project, you must post your “in progress” photos and the chosen route. In the absence of such “evidence” data, the participant was excluded without a refund. Of course, the rules provided for such different small parts, like skipping a run for a good reason and other similar moments, but the basic rules are as simple as two.

After the project, the available amount of money was divided among the remaining participants. Interestingly, they received back an amount that was 50% greater than the deposited amount. Many did not leave theirs after the project useful habit and continued to run in established groups and without a project, waiting for the next mass “race”. So, with the help of the project, people became healthier, society united, and the younger generation good example submitted.

More examples

“Nochlezhka” and “Virtual Market” are social projects, the ideas and examples of which could also be classified as truly social. They are implemented with funds from charitable organizations and with the use of young people.

The first project is a network of homeless shelters. A map has been created that shows specific addresses of places where you can eat, spend the night, or receive medical or legal assistance. For multimillion-dollar megacities, such a project significantly improves social situation— there are fewer robberies, the overall crime rate is decreasing, and there is less burden on law enforcement agencies. In addition, the project allows for more or less tolerable control over the situation with the homeless in the city and even influences the situation in some way.

The second project allows you to place and see requests for help on an interactive map of the city. It would seem like nothing like that. Who cares? But in fact, the application turned out to be very popular - because it solved the main communication problem by connecting those who need help and those who can provide it. Moreover, anyone can join the project. He will be aware of requests around him and will receive convenient opportunity use help if something happens.

Youth sphere

The ideas of social projects aimed at students and students play an important role in the popularization of social projects. They make it possible to increase the employment of this active segment of the population, develop a sense of patriotism and demonstrate personal potential in many areas.

It should be noted that the ideas for social projects for young people are varied. They relate, for example, to the world of work. This is the organization of construction teams or activities to prevent neglect and juvenile delinquency. Projects can be aimed at youth recreation, intercultural interaction and practical activities.

Sphere of culture

Ideas that can be found in the cultural sphere are usually the most noticeable. They are supported by the state through government grants.

Social projects whose ideas relate to this topic cannot always be called creative. The events relate to supporting the library, museum and club (entertainment) spheres. For the idea of social projects in the field of culture are critically important.

This creates an additional platform for the development of personal talents, for example, in the field of music or singing, and also develops communication skills. Sometimes the opportunity arises to travel and gain new knowledge. It is worth noting socially significant projects, the ideas of which inspire talented youth and allow them to reveal their potential and talent. Often this is a television show.

At the point where the concepts of “youth” and “culture” meet, there are also social projects whose ideas are not original. These are educational excursions. Such projects provide an opportunity for young people to really expand their horizons and understanding of the surrounding reality.
