Pour hot boiled water into jars No. 1 again. Let's leave for 6-7 hours.

We put the third row of jars with chopped apples (jars number 3). Pour the liquid from jars No. 2 into the pan, heat it, and pour it into jars No. 3. Then drain the liquid from jars No. 1, heat it, and pour it into jars No. 2. Pour hot water into jars No. 1 again. Leave for 6-7 hours.

We pour the juice from jars No. 3 into a large saucepan, into which we will gradually collect all the juice. Drain the liquid from jars No. 2, heat it, and pour it into jars No. 3. Drain the liquid from jars No. 1, heat it, pour it into jars No. 2. We leave for 6-7 hours. We remove jars No. 1, the apples in them have already given up all the juice and have become absolutely fresh.

We pour the juice from cans No. 3 into a saucepan to collect the finished juice. We drain the liquid from jars No. 2, heat it, pour it into jars No. 3, and leave for 6-7 hours. We remove jars No. 2.

Pour the juice into a saucepan, you can add sugar to taste, I don’t always add it, only if the apples are sour. I got a little more than 8 liters of juice (7 liters rolled up for the winter, the rest of the family immediately drank). We heat it to 96-97 degrees, i.e. bring almost to a boil.

Pour the juice into sterilized jars and seal. We turn the jars over and wrap them for self-sterilization.
