Now the LOFT HALL kitchen is run by two chefs, so even on the busiest days, all rooms receive orders on time. We are sensitive to the choice of suppliers, we work only with environmentally friendly, high-quality products.

The interior of all LOFT HALL rooms was created by Anselm Janssen, a Dutch designer who takes the postmodern aesthetics as a basis. The conceptual approach to the design of the space is expressed in every detail: every element has its own history, the combinations of textures and colors are contrasting but elegant.

Our furniture, which fits perfectly into the loft style, is created by Asketica. Their main principle is honesty: no props, only real mahogany and suar wood, genuine leather, high-quality metal alloys.

Everything that is in the LOFT HALL, from massive sofas to mirrors in curved frames, we provide our clients free of charge. And every season we definitely renew the interior so that it matches not only the LOFT HALL space, but also the season.

Each of the mansions has 22 industrial-style halls, suitable for any type of event.

Rockefellers Hall is a hall without borders. A spacious hall, huge windows, a combination of the natural texture of wood and warm brickwork, a mobile stage, high ceilings ... This is not a loft. This is a dream! The area of ​​450 m2 can comfortably accommodate up to 500 people.

Rothschilds Hall is a hall that immerses you in the atmosphere of an exquisite celebration with your head, leaving not a single thought to leave the party. The author's feature of this loft is a real three-meter fireplace, which warms the space with living fire and creates the spirit of a majestic stone castle.
The space is designed for the comfortable presence of an average of 300 people.

Backyard is a hall with walls of different textures and its own history. The big plus of this loft is the enclosed courtyard. Here you can organize a buffet table, a site for an off-site wedding ceremony, or simply admire the drowning sun in the bed of the Moskva River. This bright, spacious room can easily and comfortably accommodate 120 people.

Contrabanda
A place of harmony and comfort in a pleasant distance from the bustle of the metropolis. Natural materials, author's design, high ceilings and large windows, and also its own veranda with stylish outdoor furniture and swings surrounded by evergreen fir trees. The cozy hall will comfortably accommodate a company of up to 30 people.

Montblanc is a loft chalet with brick walls and a light-colored real wood ceiling. Huge windows on all sides create the feeling of generous spaciousness in all available dimensions. The hall overlooks the Moskva River embankment and the historic center. In addition, the loft has access to a summer veranda with cozy lighting, outdoor furniture and a beautiful view. The hall can easily accommodate an average of 500 people.

Ratusha - a spacious hall with many windows, old columns and antique details create the atmosphere of a real town hall, in which the rulers used to spend their evenings. This loft can be easily rebuilt as you wish - put or remove the stage, add neon light with the help of spotlights, and create a fabulous flower garden surrounded by rough brick walls for the wedding ceremony. Ratusha can comfortably accommodate 120 to 170 people.

Wood is a brutal hall in the last century was the office of the famous American millionaire, the founder of Westinghouse Electric, George Westinghouse. This chamber space is surrounded on all sides by brick walls, on one of which there are traces of several arches leading to another hall. The maximum capacity of the hall is 60 persons, if the event is held in the banquet format - 40 persons.

Grace is a light, harmonious space, an abundance of white and a vintage floor. The walls of this hall are finished with whitewashed textured bricks, as if drawn by hand. Windows in light frames look out on three sides and literally flood the whole hall with the rays of the sun. The area of ​​the room is 130 m2. This is enough to accommodate 120 people if the holiday is held in the format of a buffet table.

Town is a small, cozy space of different textures. Polynesian paintings, woven natural fabrics, wooden beams and brown bricks add ethnic motives to this room. The area of ​​the room is 90 m2, which is enough for a buffet table for 70 persons or a banquet for 50 persons.

Blade is a space with character. On an area of ​​120 m2, design elements are intricately and harmoniously combined to form a comfortable, stylish, luxurious loft. Multi-colored brick and concrete walls are an unobtrusive base for the embodiment of further fantasies. Huge windows are lined with squares and edged with dark frames. 80 people will comfortably accommodate in this loft.

Sky is the highest point of LOFT # 3, and a spiral staircase leads you to it. The cosiness of warm brick walls and plank ceilings, glossy floor patterns, uncompromising quality of leather armchairs and sofas, creative lighting with a spider chandelier - and all this is literally under the very skies.
An unusual space with an area of ​​40 m2 is suitable for a small, cheerful company or a friendly family.

Loft Angeles is the starting point on the way to LOFT # 3. Climbing a beautiful staircase, guests find themselves in a space with arched window vaults, a contrasting mix of brick and concrete walls, glossy floors and wood-beamed ceilings. In most cases, the hall is used as an atmospheric entrance for guests, a cloakroom or a dressing room. The 50 m2 area can easily accommodate up to 40 people, depending on the format of the event.

Hooks is a small space in which different wall textures easily coexist - from wood to concrete and a brick ceiling resembling the crests of waves. The room is adorned with exclusive armchairs, mimicking mirrors and antiques such as a Spartan helmet or a specially aged chest of drawers. The Hooks room can easily accommodate up to 20 guests without feeling cramped.

LOFT # 4 is a brand new project Placebo / 25, which is scheduled to open in the summer of 2019. It combines eight unique art spaces and the Lost Garden industrial park. The most picturesque corner of the new district of the capital ZILART, inspired by the poetry of concrete and the work of contemporary artists.

When scope matters

It's no secret that it is quite difficult to find a suitable venue for a large-scale wedding in the center of the capital. But among the LOFT HALLs there are several suitable spaces. One of these halls - ROCKEFELLER'S HALL... It is a 420 square meter loft space with dizzyingly high ceilings and five-meter windows. There is a lot of light and "air" here. The walls are partially whitewashed, in some places you can see red brickwork: such a mixture allows, thanks to the decor, to create both a bright space and a more saturated decor. ROCKEFELLER'S HALL has the necessary equipment for an event of any level. In addition, when renting this hall, the playground provides guests with an insulated veranda of 100 square meters, where you can hold an incredibly romantic ceremony, buffet table, and create cozy lounge areas.

Large halls LOFT HALL are a clean slate for a decorator: there you can do anything in style, install any decor objects, which allows huge areas and high ceilings. And there is an opportunity to choose different spaces for different tasks. The next hall is ROTSCHILD'S HALL is a classic loft of 310 square meters. Strict geometric shapes, red brick walls, craft furniture, huge windows that give a lot of daylight, high ceilings with metal beams, for which it will be convenient for decorators to fix various structures, filling the space. This is a grand and atmospheric room, where the precise accents in the interior - a huge fireplace, stylish wood-burning stove, vintage window frames - emphasize the special spirit of the space. Another advantage of this and other LOFT HALL halls is that they can be given the desired mood with the help of special architectural lighting, set certain accents, and make visual zoning.

LOFT HALL has very different interiors. Each loft has beautiful walls, ceilings, every detail is thought out. There is a lot of designer furniture available, which you usually have to bring to other sites on your own, good textiles. And all this is included in the rental price. At first it seems that the rent is too high, but when you understand how much is included in this price, it turns out even more profitable than with restaurants that do not have rent.

The third loft for large-scale weddings - MONTBLANC HALL... It differs in mood from the two previous rooms and evokes associations with pastoral alpine chalets. The hall with an area of ​​450 meters is located under the triangular roof of a detached mansion. There is a lighter space and a lot of wood, which gives the interior warmth: rough wooden columns, beams. The ceilings are lined with wood, and although they are not as grandiose as in the previous rooms, the space is also filled with light thanks to the additional skylights. The technical equipment of MONTBLANC HALL is serious, allowing you to perform any task. It's nice that the site forms prices according to a transparent scheme, and among other loft spaces in the capital, here, perhaps, the optimal ratio of price and quality for an impressive package of services.

This fusion perfectly fit into the loft space and reflected the character of the couple: creative personalities, free artists. When working with the site, the decorator needs to understand in advance the width of the aisles: if you have to bring in some kind of large structure, then even at the planning stage, these moments should be calculated. Golden mean

Venues for rather large, but still not so grandiose weddings are also widely represented in LOFT HALL. Let's start our acquaintance with this category with hall AVANTAGE... This space is the most authentic loft, because "loft" translates as "attic", and the hall is located directly under the roof. A very unusual and atmospheric space with lots of rich wood and white walls. The interior is complemented by bright accents, but the main role is played by the vaulted ceiling: it evokes a variety of associations, from the vaults of the castle to the outlines of ships. This romantic space is filled with sunlight pouring from the skylights. A huge advantage of the hall is its own open air territory: the MONCIEL veranda overlooking Vorobyovy Gory and Moscow City, which can be accessed directly from the loft.

We held a wedding in the AVANTAGE hall and were very pleased with the work with LOFT HALL. A huge plus of the site is complete autonomy: it is located on the 3rd floor, and there are no other halls nearby. This allows you to create a private space, and also combines the advantages of open and closed areas, which always gives a lot of freedom for the organizer and for the newlyweds. A separate veranda - a rarity in Moscow - is very convenient for organizing weddings, especially in the warm season.

Monumental stone loft RATUSHA HALL, in the appearance of which there are notes of Gothic and classic loft aesthetics. Here, rough brick walls coexist with designer crystal chandeliers sparkling in the sun and in the spotlight, and the concrete floor, painted by the interior designer, resembles abstract canvases. RATUSHA HALL is a modern interpretation of the European castle space. Despite its austere appearance, the loft organically looks like a wedding space: here you can embody interesting in style and unusual concepts. The hall has a stationary stage with sound and light equipment, which, if necessary, can be supplemented, which is very convenient when organizing an entertainment program.

And the lofts are very beautiful, pleasing to the eye of an esthete. Wedding classics can also be included here: it will be a kind of eclecticism. And even we made rustic in LOFT HALL: it looked unusual and beautiful. I don’t think there are any stylistic limitations here: it all depends on the decorator’s skills to correctly fit the design into the available space. In addition, there is no need to fill the space too much, because it is already self-sufficient, and this significantly saves the budget.

BACKYARD HALL- another self-sufficient space, which is located right in the center of the city, but at the same time separated from the whole world, completely autonomous. The solemn atmosphere here is created by panoramic swing doors, crystal chandeliers and huge windows overlooking the Moskva River. The main advantage of the BACKYARD HALL, which makes the loft the most desirable for weddings in the summer, is the two large verandas connected to the hall. Outdoor wellness and lounge areas and, of course, a romantic open-air registration ceremony in the center of the metropolis. Agree, this looks a lot like the perfect wedding venue.

We really like the BACKYARD HALL: there are 2 verandas, where on one side you can make a welcoming party, and on the other - a ceremony. There is a place for a comfortable seating of guests, while everything is very photogenic, which is insanely important at a wedding. In general, LOFT HALL has very stylish spaces: modern couples come here, tastefully, with their own concept. The main thing is that the site is free: for example, the whole of August is already busy, although we are sure that some of the lofts will definitely suit our newlyweds.

For chamber weddings

The first in our three is a loft, literally created for weddings - a gentle, dazzlingly bright hall GRACE HALL... Natural daylight from large windows and crisp white brick walls make the loft the perfect setting for a modern wedding classic. From a technical point of view, in GRACE HALL, as in other halls, absolutely everything is provided: installing thousands of additional light elements or creating a 3D installation on the entire wall, installing a nine-meter screen - these are feasible tasks for the LOFT HALL team, because they are responsible for the equipment on the sites Dmitry Vikulov, a professional in the rental business, who has worked with such large projects and venues as Eurovision and Olympic ..
