DIY casts of children's hands and feet are frozen childhood memories. Do-it-yourself cast of children's arms and legs How to make casts of arms and legs

I FINALLY FOUND A TECHNOLOGY HOW YOU CAN MAKE THIS WITH YOUR OWN HANDS AND NOT BUY AT A SHOP OR RUN IN SEARCH OF SPECIAL MATERIAL

1. Making an impression of a child’s hand and foot

For this we do salty dough. You will need: 2 cups flour, 1 cup salt, water, 1 spoon of hand cream or vegetable oil (but it’s better to add wallpaper glue or PVA, whoever has what). It is better to make more dough (x2) in order to make more impressions, so that there is plenty to choose from. So, from these components you knead the dough, roll it out to a thickness of 1-1.5 cm (it’s better to roll it out immediately on a baking sheet, so as not to shift it) and make casts of your baby’s hands and feet on it. Then bake this dough in the oven at low temperature for 2-3 hours.

2. Fill the prints

You will need plaster of Paris, but you can also use regular plaster. gypsum putty(sold in construction stores).

Now you have salt dough impressions of your baby's arms and legs, once they have cooled after baking, you grease these molds with Vaseline. Then mix plaster (or putty) with water (the consistency of sour cream) and fill the molds. Then it all dries for 1-2 days, if plaster, if you used putty, then it takes longer than 3-4 days to dry. Then carefully remove the casts from the mold.

3. Sanding or priming the casts

The casts turn out rough, they need to be sanded (this can be done with a nail file), only very carefully so as not to disturb the lines of the children’s arms and legs, or, as an option, primed (dilute the plaster with water, dip your finger in it and prime the unevenness with your finger).

Only your imagination will help you here. You can cover the prints with silver acrylic paint and use a photograph of a child, decorated in Photoshop, as a background.

I'm sick of things like this

When I saw such blind people in a photo salon, I set out to find out how to do this

And now I’m sharing it with you!

another way:

Master Class:
1) Take a larger piece of old plasticine (or a new one, preferably a wax one, for example “LUCH” - it’s softer than the others), knead it as much as possible, but not to a liquid state (to do this, you can put the plasticine in a plate on a heater or just a little bit in microwave); it should be very soft, all folds and lines depend on this.
2) Make a flat cake, uniformly 3 cm, no less. Then we warm it up again, and firmly apply the little one’s arm or leg evenly, somewhere to a depth of 1-1.5 cm.
If it shifts a little somewhere, correct it. Then you put it all in the freezer.
3) When the plasticine freezes, take it out, but before that everything must be prepared: 1 cup of plaster (you can use construction plaster, you can use one for modeling, or it’s better to take it from baby set for creativity, it is of better quality); 0.5 cups of cold water (add a couple of tablespoons of PVA glue to the water, but do not overdo it, then the plaster figurine will be stronger); some kind of container so that you don’t mind throwing away the stirring stick later. The proportions of water and gypsum may not be accurate, it all depends on the quality of the gypsum, the mixture should be like sour cream in consistency. Pour the gypsum into the container, quickly add water and quickly stir until smooth (IMPORTANT!!! We add water to the plaster, and not vice versa!!!).
The gypsum hardens for 5-8 minutes - we do everything faster.
4) Then pour the solution into the prepared cast; if the cast is very deep, 2 cm is enough. If something gets out of the edges, you have time to wipe it with a cloth, otherwise there will be unsightly edges. ALL!
5) Now let it dry overnight!!! When all this is dry, keep your work warm, place it on the radiator, the plasticine will melt, bend the edges - it will be easier to remove! Remove carefully. Carefully smooth out any unsightly edges with a nail file.
6) Well, now it all depends on your imagination/possibilities. We paint/paint the mark/or simply open it up with varnish... We put it in a frame/hide it in a box/hang it on the wall………

Time does not stand still, so it is important to remember every little thing about such an important thing as the childhood of your beloved baby. Many parents have a tradition of making hand or foot prints of their children. But all the old methods are already outdated: for them you had to prepare a solution yourself, which was not always successful, and the quality of such products left much to be desired. Over time, they began to crumble and burst.

Of course, there are special workshops that are ready to help you. Such services are very expensive and are only available in large cities.

But in modern world everything is simpler. There is a wonderful alternative to all methods: now you can make impressions using a special children's kit without leaving home.

What is the kit?

The cast frame is the first set you can create together with your child, which allows you to preserve the memories of tiny hands and feet for a long time. The set consists of modeling mass, original panel for pleasant wishes, satin and adhesive ribbons.

The set is for children, therefore it is presented in two versions with a unique design:

  • for girls - in pink;
  • for a boy - in blue.

It is important that the use special set It is completely safe for health, as it contains no harmful components for the skin. The set will be an unusual and stylish gift with which you will surprise people. Such things are still new and not everyone knows about them. Don't be afraid to make original surprises. For example, both for parents for the birth of a child, and for grandparents for the baby’s first little anniversary. This decoration for a children's room will be an excellent addition to the interior.

To make a frame-cast you do not need to have any experience, sculptor abilities or visit special courses. It is enough to carefully read the instructions, which are indicated in detail on the set.

Mode of application

The modeling mass is completely ready for use; for convenience, you should knead it with your hands for 30 seconds and roll out a layer 2 cm thick. All that remains is to attach the baby’s tiny hand or foot. For a successful result, there is no need to rush, however, you should remember that the mass dries quickly enough in the air.

To create a hand cast, you need to do the following:

  1. Press your palm against the material to create a uniform outline. But not too much, remain calm and patient, even if the child is mischievous. Don’t be alarmed if you didn’t manage to make a pen cast the first time: you can knead the mass again and repeat the creative process.
  2. Next, you should leave the mass to outdoors until it hardens completely (this will take no more than an hour), if desired, the resulting panel can be painted when everything is dry.
  3. After sculpting, you just need to wipe your hands with a damp cloth. The mass does not leave marks or unpleasant sensations on the skin, so there is no reason to worry about the baby’s health.

Making a cast of the leg will require a little more effort:

  1. This will require 2 people if the baby is still very small and cannot stand on his own. Ask to lift the child and carefully, holding his lower leg with your hand, lower him onto the modeling mixture.
  2. Make sure that the child does not move his leg. If necessary, adjust the contours with your fingers.
  3. Next, wipe the skin with a napkin and wait completely dry material. All that remains is to insert the cast of the leg into the frame from the kit.

Benefits of the set

Compared to a number of its analogues, this product has the following advantages:

  • it does not require diluting the solution, dirtying the house and exposing the baby to harmful components that are part of building materials;
  • no special skills required;
  • a hand or foot print is ready in seconds;
  • there is no need to buy additional parts - everything is already in the set;
  • value for money.

How to successfully make a cast?

In order for the cast of an arm or leg to turn out the way you want the first time, you need to perform some steps:

  1. Take care of your baby's calm state and mood. Prepare a toy or an interesting cartoon to distract him if he doesn’t want to. But it happens that your fidget flatly refuses to participate in creativity. Just try to do it in a playful way or when he is sleeping. Castings of the whole family would also be a good idea.
  2. Make this a fun activity to make a tradition of making memory frames like these as your baby grows, such as during the first month of life and on the first birthday. Then, after a few years, the already grown-up baby will study them with interest. And you will be surprised how yesterday’s baby managed to grow.

The set includes a special panel for wishes. Ask close family and friends to leave some sweet wishes for the future. Over time, it will be a pleasure to re-read them when gathering with your family. The panel has special holes for ribbons, so it will not be difficult to hang it on the wall.

Hello! In the Oh My Baby Book you will find special pages for hand and foot prints.

We know that perhaps you have never done this before and so here you will find some tips on how to make a hand and foot print beautifully and neatly.

The footprint and handprint of a newborn are very touching memories. Believe me, legs and arms grow very quickly and the main thing is not to miss this moment and leave an imprint in the book.

Let's start from the very simple way for a print, trace the handle or leg with a pen or pencil. Everything here is extremely simple and success is guaranteed!

Turn out cute, beautiful and fast!

But we are not looking for easy ways. So, if you decide to make a real print, then below we offer some instructions and tips. First you need to prepare! What you will need:

A sheet of paper, preferably thick or matte cardboard High Quality, but not very dense. You can use designer paper, which can be purchased at any scrap booking store.

You only need paper if you want to make an imprint on a separate sheet, then cut it out and paste it into the book. You can skip this step and make an imprint directly in the book on specially designated pages for the imprint of a hand and foot.

Advice: If you want to make an imprint directly on a page in a book, then it is advisable to practice at least once. If suddenly you missed or something went wrong, don’t be discouraged. Make a print on a separate sheet of paper, cut it out and paste it on top of the failed print! 🙂

Paint or ink:

Option 1 - ink. A stamp pad with single-color ink, which can also be purchased at a scrapbooking store. The ink must be non-toxic and free of acids - this is important! Be sure to check this point with the seller. Ink allows you to create clearer and more durable prints.

Option 2 - finger paints. Can be bought at any children's store. They are absolutely safe for children.

Wipes: wet baby wipes and cotton towel.

Well, let's get started!

  1. Of course, you can make a print yourself, but it’s better if you have an assistant.
  2. Think about the time - the most best time, this is when the child is in good mood and doesn't want to eat.
  3. Wash the hand/foot thoroughly with regular baby soap, which you always use for bathing, and then dry it with a dry towel so that it is spotlessly dry.
  4. Open the book to the desired page or prepare a separate sheet of paper/cardboard.
  5. Hand the child over to dad or another assistant (position: back to dad, one hand under the arms, the other hand under the butt holding the leg).
  6. Apply paints or ink to your foot or palm (evenly).
  7. Making an imprint: for the leg, start from the heel and smoothly move to the toes, and place the entire palm directly on the sheet.
  8. We wipe the arm and leg with wet wipes or go straight to the bathroom and wash everything under the tap.
  9. That's it - the print is ready! Now we need to let it dry!

You will succeed, it's simple!

As soon as you have a baby, be sure to make your own hand and foot prints! Time flies very quickly and the imprint of a baby’s hand will never be repeated! Try to make a panel with prints in the very first days of the baby’s life, because babies sleep much more soundly at first and have a little more free time.

Below is mine master class with photos on how to make baby’s hand and foot prints voluminous, and now I’ll tell you about all the other methods known to me.

It is best to make handprints of a baby while you sleep, and then wipe your hands with wet wipes. The easiest way to make prints of your baby's hands and feet is with paint. The “healthiest” thing, that is, completely harmless for the baby’s delicate skin, is to make prints on salt dough.

How to make prints of baby's feet and hands on salt dough
Although this is the simplest method, it is also the least durable. Keep in mind that over time you will have to throw away the dough, as it may deteriorate, for example, soften from humidity. Nice layer varnish will help the salt dough pen imprint retain its appearance, but it definitely won’t live to see the grandchildren.

Salt dough recipe for fingerprints:
Salted fingerprint dough is made in the most primitive way! Take the finest salt and mix it with flour 1 to 1, for example, a glass of flour to a glass of salt. And add a little water, kneading a stiff dough. If it's too much, add flour. Next, you can take a plastic container, place a piece of dough there, make an imprint, if necessary, cut a circle around it and put it in a dry place. There is no need to bake, as is said in many master classes on casts of arms and legs made from salt dough! The dough will change its shape and the print will become deformed. After a few days, the print can be covered with acrylic paint and varnish on any surface (varnish is sold in hardware stores).

How to make plaster prints with your own hands
I made these with my eldest daughter, but I didn’t really like the result, because they are quite heavy and then there is nowhere to put them. To make plaster prints of a child’s hands and feet, buy plaster at a hardware store (20 rubles a pack), dilute it according to the instructions on the package. Pour into a beautifully shaped container - a round cup, for example, pre-covered cling film. Touch with your finger - after a few minutes, when the plaster begins to harden and becomes denser, make an imprint with the child’s hand and foot, lubricated sunflower oil or very rich cream. Remove from mold. Ideally use silicone molds.

And now I’m sharing my experience, How to do volumetric impressions baby's arms and legs at home!

It so happened that I made my children’s handprints from salt dough when my youngest son was born. Then I left them to harden on the windowsill and happily forgot about them for several months. When I remembered my desire to do volumetric handles kids, the size of the kids’ hands was no longer the same! But I took out the dough pieces and... discovered that they had almost spoiled - some had become soft, some had completely softened, others were somehow holding on with all their strength (here it is - minus the salt dough!). It was urgent to save the situation. And I remembered that I had the cheapest self-hardening plastic lying around for six months, bought for training in sculpting doll heads.

Here it is in the photo, the pack was a kilogram (365 rubles), enough prints for 10. I bought it in Gostinka (St. Petersburg), in the department on the first floor with brushes, paints, etc. Those who live in another city will be able to order self-hardening plastic on the Internet or buy it in large cities in stores with goods for artists. Stores with goods for making dolls will have better plastic and four times more expensive. Also in the photo - in the same department I bought the cheapest ones acrylic paints on any surface (92 rubles for the entire set. Enough for 10 years if my daughter doesn’t make it).

And now about how to make a three-dimensional cast of a baby’s legs and arms from plastic.

First, make imprints from the salt dough and leave them to harden. In general, you can varnish them, wash them after work and then give them as a souvenir to your grandparents. I read on the Internet that I recommend making the base for impressions from the same plastic. But, firstly, it is not very soft, and secondly, it does not smell very pleasant, so I didn’t want to touch the baby’s skin with it.

She drained the oil, crushed the pancake of plastic and pressed it into the print. That is, I pressed it in there thoroughly with my fingers so that it took the shape of a child’s hand. To prevent it from breaking later, I added pieces of plastic to the dented one. My surface is not very smooth, since this plastic also sat in my not very well closed package for more than nine months, so it was not very plastic and crumbled. Your print should repeat all the smallest folds of the baby’s arms and legs.

I took out the print, it comes out easily after the oil.

Since my dough was already soft, I removed the crumbs with a cotton swab and oil. If you have a fresh print, and even coated with varnish, you won’t need to do this.

I cut it out with a regular knife and left it to dry. flat surface for a few days.

You can also involve the little ones in covering children’s casts of arms and legs with paint; they will be happy to help!

Then I covered the plastic casts with two more layers of gold paint.

It is not necessary to coat acrylic on any surface with varnish. All that remains is to make a beautiful panel! You can glue not only casts of arms and legs, but also photographs of children, some memorabilia, first socks and a pacifier...

Ideally, glue it using a hot gun (small one in construction stores, for example in Ob I saw about 150 rubles). You can use glue moment. For the background, take very thick cardboard, or it is better to paint the thick base of the frame itself.

I don’t yet know what kind of panel I want, I made a rough sketch for you. But, of course, I want to use scrap paper, frames, etc. - in general, there is still a lot of work, but the result is worth it! And if you want to make three-dimensional casts of a child’s hands and feet as souvenirs that will remain intact until your old age, it is best to use a deep frame for three-dimensional panels, in which the distance from the substrate to the glass is about 3 cm.

Happy creativity!

Available to everyone. A casting made according to all the rules and in compliance with the proportions when mixing the working solution will turn out to be very realistic.

The quality of the gypsum will depend appearance finished product and its strength characteristics. To achieve maximum similarity, a high-quality form is necessary. Special materials are used for its manufacture.

Idea

For lovers, a plaster cast of a pair of hands clasped together can serve as a gift for a significant date. Often this composition is ordered by newlyweds on their wedding day.

Parents order casts of children's hands and feet as souvenirs in addition to photographs and videos of their children. Such a souvenir, decorated in an elegant frame, can be presented to family and friends as a memory of a memorable date: a first or anniversary birthday, baptism, a child’s first independent step, etc.

You can create a whole collection of such casts, made during different periods of active growth of the child. Later, holding them in their palms, children may remember the happy moments of their childhood.

An elegant plaster hand, made and decorated with your own hands, can also serve as a detail of an original composition. This decoration, for example, can also be used as a mannequin for storing rings.

Gypsum

For mold castings there are many various materials. These are paraffin, wax, concrete, silicone, metals, even chocolate can be poured into food form. Nowadays plastic compositions and resins have become available. They all have their own specific casting features. To answer the question of how to do plaster arm, first you need to understand what kind of material it is. It is also important to understand the technology of its casting.

Gypsum powder is natural material. It is white or grayish in color, finely ground, and quickly absorbs moisture when water is added. Get it by roasting gypsum stone and are distinguished by purpose: for medical purposes, for molding, for plastering works and plate production.

Gypsum for construction has a coarser grind, medical gypsum is the purest, molding gypsum sets more slowly. Useful property for sculptures is an increase (up to 1%) of the working staff in volume. This extension makes it possible to fill in a small drawing of a form. When preparing the solution, within a few minutes it begins to harden and completely sets within 20 minutes.

Features of the technology

Gypsum powder should be stored in a dry place. Wetted or damp material is unsuitable for casting; it does not set. Its characteristics also deteriorate from long-term storage. The gypsum working solution is prepared quickly. Due to prolonged stirring, it “rejuvenates” and sets weaker, which ultimately leads to a loss of strength of the finished product.

If the working solution has hardened before pouring is complete, it is no longer suitable for use. Adding water and stirring it again will not correct the situation. Liquid glue can help slow down the setting of the solution. It (3-4 spoons per bucket of water) is added first and mixed well.

The casting must be dried at temperatures up to 60 degrees. It is not advisable to exceed this limit - the material loses strength and begins to decompose. A do-it-yourself plaster hand is made taking into account all these nuances. To do ready product stronger, the solution is mixed with lime milk.

Moisture and dampness have a negative effect on gypsum products, so they must be used and stored indoors, especially if they do not have a protective coating.

Preparatory operations

Making a plaster hand on your own is possible at home without the use of any special technologies and special equipment. However, in order for the casting process to go smoothly, you need to carefully prepare. Different batches of gypsum (especially building gypsum) may have different setting times.

To find out exactly, it is best to carry out a test batch and pour a small amount of solution into any simple form. This will allow you to accurately calculate the proportions of gypsum and water and determine the time period within which the solution retains casting properties. Ultimately, this will help save material, time and nerves.

At the preparation stage, they determine the container for the mold, and also select a suitable vessel for mixing the gypsum solution. For one-time filling you can take disposable tableware. If you plan to continue casting, it is best to purchase rubber plaster for mixing the working solution.

Half of an old children's ball is suitable for these purposes. Dried plaster from the walls is easily peeled off when the rubber is deformed. The skin of the hand that will be immersed in the molding compound can be lubricated thin layer castor oil or Vaseline.

Simple clay mold

A trial plaster cast of the hand can be successfully cast into a clay mold. This will not be a full-fledged volumetric copy, but it will provide an opportunity to get the first practical experience. Clay is available material, it can be used repeatedly after unsuccessful attempts, which is just right for beginners.

You need two pieces of board or plywood, 5 cm larger than your palm. Lubricate them and your hand vegetable oil or Vaseline. This is necessary so that the clay does not stick. Place your hand on the board, press it tightly and begin to apply clay moistened with water and kneaded to a thick dough, pressing it well and compacting it.

The total layer should be at least 5 cm. Its top is leveled flat and covered with another board. The entire structure, together with the hand, is carefully turned over. The bottom board is removed and the palm is carefully released. The form for filling is ready. To obtain ideal castings, plastic molding compounds are used.

Alginate for impressions

To make a mold for volumetric casting of complex shapes, special compositions are used. One of the most available options is an alginate mass. Its main purpose is to make impressions in dental practice. But such material is quite suitable for sculptural castings.

Alginate is a raw material from seaweed. Its dry powder, mixed with water in precise proportions, quickly thickens and acquires the properties of a dense jelly. If you place your hand in such a mass before the setting process begins, and then, after achieving optimal density, carefully remove it, a cavity will form in the mold. If you pour a gypsum solution into it, after hardening it forms exact copy hands.

It will not be possible to remove the casting without destroying the mold. The alginate mass is not in a state of plasticity for long; it begins to lose moisture, becomes brittle and collapses from deformation. Therefore, filling with the working composition should be done immediately after removing the hand. In this case, you can expect a high quality cast copy.

Some brands of alginate masses change color as they harden. When kneading, they have one shade, in the initial setting phase (the optimal moment of immersion of the hand) - another, after reaching density (when the limb can be removed) - a third. The process of making a plaster hand using such a molding material is within the capabilities of anyone.

Preparation of the solution

A plaster hand is cast with your own hands in a pre-prepared mold. Place clean mixture into the mixing container. cold water V required quantity. Dry gypsum powder is evenly poured into it. Ideally, it should form a slide above the surface.

The gypsum begins to intensively absorb water. At this time it needs to be stirred well. This should not be done too intensely, as air bubbles will form. They remain in the solution, fall into the mold and, after it hardens, form shells and cavities. Therefore, you can use a drill with a kneading attachment only at low speeds. It's best to do everything by hand using a spoon or wooden stirrer. The goal is to obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps, reminiscent of sour cream in thickness.

The water/gypsum proportions (approximately one to two) are determined experimentally in advance. After mixing is completed, tap the container lightly to release air bubbles to the surface. The resulting foam is collected with a spoon. The prepared working solution is immediately poured into the mold. The time from the start of mixing to pouring is no more than a minute and a half.

Pouring into the mold

A do-it-yourself plaster hand is made by casting into a prepared mold. The solution is added in portions. If you fill a complex form with it all at once, air pockets may form in it. The gypsum solution does not get into such voids, as a result finished model will have defects.

To avoid this, the mold is turned in all directions after pouring in the first small part of the working solution. So it spreads over inner surface and gets into all the recesses. The air inside does not accumulate and is gradually displaced.

With the next portion, the gypsum solution is deposited on the walls more and more, its layer becomes thicker. Once the complex undercuts are completely filled, the remaining plaster can be poured.

The technology for making a cast of a child's hand is slightly different from the work process with adults. The fact is that a child, as a rule, cannot keep his hand in a constant position until the molding mass grabs. Moving your fingers while molding ruins everything. Therefore, it is best to carry out this procedure during sleep in its deep phase.

Alginate molding compound is used. It is kneaded in a suitable sized bowl. All components are prepared in advance according to the instructions. Pour alginate powder into the water and stir it with a spoon until smooth for about one minute.

For adults, cold water is used. But to prevent the child from waking up from contact with the cool mass during sleep, it is better to warm it up. Warm water for mixing significantly reduces the time of using the molding mass, so everything needs to be done quickly.

When the mixture is ready, it is poured into a suitable glass, selected according to the child’s hand, and his limb is placed there. The hardening time of the mass is 1-2 minutes. During this period, you need to keep the form at rest in order to get a high-quality print.

After the allotted time, the baby's hand is carefully removed. As a rule, this happens without problems, since the shape is plastic and does not deform under light load.

Immediately after this, the working solution is prepared and poured. Keep the plaster in the mold for no more than 30 minutes. Later, the alginate mass begins to release water, which will negatively affect the casting. The mold is removed from the glass, cut into pieces, and the child's plaster handprint is released. It is cleaned and left to dry.

The same principle is used to cast the hand of an adult or child, who can hold the hand at rest during molding.

Kits for making 2D and 3D impressions yourself

IN Lately The copied souvenir plaster hand is popular among ordinary people. How to make it yourself is described in detail in the instructions for ready-made modeling kits. This kit is ideal for those who want to try their hand at volumetric casting, but are unable or unwilling to understand the brands of molding compounds and plaster.

The kit will cost more than separately purchased components. But manufacturers focus on the convenience of this configuration. In addition, they provide a quality guarantee on their materials. The set includes a dry hypoallergenic mass for molds; it is easy to prepare by adding water in the required ratio. High-strength model purified gypsum is also available.

The kit for making casts of simple hand or foot impressions includes a reusable plastic molding compound. Before use, it is kneaded, an impression is made and plaster is poured into it. After solidification, the casting is removed. If re-filling is not expected, the mold is kneaded again until soft and stored in a plastic bag.

Finishing

How to make a plaster cast of a hand into a finished composition? To do this it needs to be painted. For someone ideal option It will be tinted with gold or bronze paint. Another will choose nude or white.

For decorative covering Acrylic emulsion will do, but a layer of it, although thin, can smooth out fine lines and folds in the cast. Although, if the copy turned out to be imperfect, then this option is quite suitable. If you need to preserve the smallest details, it is better to use spray paint.

Before finishing, the cast is inspected, all irregularities are polished, and defects are corrected. In order for the paint to lay down in an even layer, the workpiece can be pre-primed, allowed to dry and then sanded again with fine sandpaper.

For installation, select a decorative base at your discretion and mount a copy of the hand or a composition with it on glue. After drying, the souvenir can be varnished for greater effect.

How to make a plaster hand yourself to make copies?

Having mastered the technology of casting and making molds, you can try to expand the range of products. A copied plaster hand, made with your own hands, can serve as a detail of the original composition.

For example, if cast in the position of holding an object, it can serve as a phone stand. In another case it could be the base of a candlestick or table lamp. You can install a decorative glass in a plaster hand and this composition will turn into a holder for pens or original vase for flowers.

To produce for mass copying disposable forms inappropriate. In this case would be better suited elastic silicone. Molds made from this material can be reused many times. To remove the casting, they are cut on one side and the copy is carefully removed.

The silicone is installed in the container in which it was poured during manufacture, and the process is repeated. To make it easier to remove castings, release agents can be used. In such molds you can pour not only plaster, but also paraffin, tin or chocolate. The authors' imagination is limitless - the main thing is not to be afraid to experiment!
