The main purpose of VRAN fans

Fans can be installed in ventilation systems standard type, as well as in the air conditioning system and air heating industrial or residential buildings.     Fan mechanism from inside

    In its design, each fan has an impeller that rotates both clockwise and counterclockwise. The wheel blades have a special shape and are curved slightly backwards. The spiral body of the device can also rotate. Fan mechanisms are manufactured according to both the first and fifth design schemes in accordance with the accepted standards of GOST 5976.

Fans made according to the first design scheme are directly connected to the engine and come in two modifications, such as VRAN6 and VRAN9. They differ in the number of blades of their impeller.

Fans that belong to the fifth design scheme contain a belt drive type in their design. Such products come in only one modification, VRAN9. In contrast, VRAN9, which belongs to the first design scheme, is equipped with motors, thanks to which it is possible to control the rotation speed.

Operating conditions

VRAN-DU 6.3 fans are installed in special exhaust systems to remove gases arising from a fire and at the same time remove heat outside the room, they can move gas-air mixtures with temperatures up to 400°C and up to 600°C for at least 120 minutes. At the same time, localization of the fire zone is ensured and the possibility of carrying out fire fighting and rescuing people and equipment is created.

According to the 1st design scheme, fans are manufactured in the following standard sizes: 5; 6.3; 8.

According to the 5th design scheme, fans are manufactured in the following standard sizes: 6.3; 8; 10; 12.5.

Design

VRAN-DU 6.3 fans have an impeller drum type left or right rotation with 32 forward curved blades. The spiral housing is rotary. The inlet pipe has cylindrical shape and does not enter the impeller, which ensures reliable operation of the fan at high temperature moving environment.

The VRAN-DU 6.3 version of fans in a noise-insulating casing (manufactured for general industrial design and casing positions of 0 and 90 degrees) allows you to reduce the total level of sound power emitted by the fan by up to 12 dB due to the noise-absorbing and noise-insulating properties of the casing. The total sound pressure level decreases by 25...30 dB at a distance of 5 m.

Additional equipment is offered with vibration isolators and flexible inserts, which reduce dynamic loads, as well as return flanges and an automation cabinet.

Exploitation

Fans must be installed outside the serviced premises and outside the area of ​​permanent residence of people.

Fans can be operated in moderate conditions (U); temperate and cold (UHL) and tropical (T) climates of the 1st and 2nd categories of placement according to GOST 15150.
