1. General Provisions
1.1. In accordance with article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Civil Code of the Russian Federation), this document is a public offer, and if the conditions set out below are accepted, the individual who accepts this offer pays for the Seller's Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 2. Subject of the Agreement

3.4. The expected date of shipment is communicated to the Buyer by phone or email. The deadline for receiving the Order by the Buyer depends on the address and region
delivery, the work of a specific Delivery Service, and do not directly depend on the Seller.
3.5. If the Buyer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller before placing the Order.
3.6. In the absence of the ordered Goods from the Seller, including for reasons beyond the control of the Seller, the Seller has the right to cancel the specified Goods from the Buyer's Order and notify the Buyer about this by sending an e-mail to the address indicated during registration, or by phone.
3.7. In case of cancellation of a fully or partially prepaid Order, the cost of the canceled Goods is returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the same way in which the Goods were originally prepaid.

3.9. In case of cancellation of the Order by the Buyer, he has 1 day from the date of the prepayment to inform the Seller about it in any available way: by e-mail, phone or via messengers. 4. Delivery of the Goods
4.1. The delivery area is limited to the borders of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Order is transferred directly to the Buyer or the person indicated by him, or the Goods are delivered to the carrier chosen by the Buyer.
