  • all blanks from metal corner for the frame, according to the dimensions of the gate drawing, we cut it immediately;
  • welding is best done on flat surface, it’s more convenient to level all the parts;
  • We lay out the corners and align the frame using a water level, where we need to place pieces of plywood or bars. It should be perfectly level;
  • We weld all the elements and clean all the seams;
  • corner pieces must be welded to each corner of the gate frame;
  • We cook the second frame in the same way;
  • try it on finished design into the opening and adjust to size;
  • Now you can once again weld the corners on one side and the other and position the frame in the gate opening.

Before installation, the frames must be treated with anti-rust impregnation and painted. When the paint has completely dried, you can begin installation.

Having installed both frames on pins driven into the walls of the opening, we fasten both frames with metal plates - a step of 50 cm.

Welding gate leaves - according to the diagram in the photo, similar to welding the frame, you need to clean all the welds and do not forget to install stiffeners, the number of diagonals depends on the weight of the intended gate skin.
