Cut the onion into small cubes. Move the vegetables and add “Russian” or “Bogatyrskaya” flaxseed porridge (dry) in a 1:1 ratio, i.e. 1 part vegetable mixture: 1 part dry porridge.

A long-promised recipe for flaxseed cookies. His mother-in-law recognized him from Malakhov’s program. I found a transcript of this program on the Internet, but it contains a different recipe. I’m sharing what we do.

What you need: half a glass of flaxseed, a glass of kefir, 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, salt, soda - on the tip of a knife, flour (you can take 2 cups of kefir, then the amount of flour will increase), cinnamon (we do not add).

How to do it: grind the flaxseed in a coffee grinder - you will get a glass of flaxseed flour (so grind in parts if the coffee grinder is not very powerful), there may be unrolled seeds in the flaxseed flour - this only makes it tastier, but you can try it yourself to see what works best for you, experiment and observe, you will still need to bake 2-3 times until you get used to it. Add sugar and salt to kefir and stir well. Then mix kefir and flaxseed flour, and add flour (add soda to flour) as much as the dough takes. The dough should not be hard - it turns out sticky, soft, and when rolling it needs to be tormented well.

UPD For some time now, I began to take ready-made flaxseed flour, because it is low-fat. A linseed oil Do not overheat, it turns into a carcinogen. If you overcook the cookies in the oven, they will become very hard and have a fishy smell - then you cannot eat them. So sometimes I add a handful of freshly ground seeds for taste, but more often I do without it.

Wheat flour can be replaced with gluten-free mixture or green buckwheat flour. Green buckwheat flour is actually my discovery. You can bake bread from it, make pancakes and pancakes - it behaves like regular flour and has no buckwheat flavor (although you can smell the smell, just a little). I buy Garnets, and for bread, pancakes and pancakes, you can beat green buckwheat soaked for 4-5 hours in a blender, you immediately get a dough.

Links to the flour that I use, which I buy in the Ozon store; all this is available in both Auchan and Lenta:
>>Flax flour
>>Gluten-free White Bread mix
>>Gluten-free all-purpose flour
>>Green buckwheat flour
>>Inexpensive green buckwheat
>>Flax seeds (clean, that’s why I take them) - now I use flax seeds to prepare flaxseed porridge (soak overnight, in the morning blend with a banana, berries - with any additives, in general)

Then roll out the layer and cut it out with molds. You need to “pierce” the cookies with a fork, otherwise they will swell, although I like them bloated too.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. But this will of course depend on the thickness of the cookies and your oven. Please note: under no circumstances should these cookies be left in the oven - they will acquire an unpleasant fishy taste (the oil oxidizes) and become completely hard!! So after 10 minutes just try. But do not keep it for longer than 20 minutes at any thickness. We used to make fluffy cookies, but now we’re looking for crunchy ones in the pile, so we make them thinner.

These cookies are unique in that they do not contain eggs and have a minimum of fat. Flax seed contains a lot of vegetable oil, so we don’t add anything extra. But that’s why I don’t recommend using ready-made flaxseed flour, but making a portion of flour immediately before baking from seeds - oil in ready-made flour goes rancid very quickly. We buy flaxseed at the pharmacy, and it comes in different packages; we found the cheapest option - packs of 200 grams in cellophane, for 17 rubles.

Due to the fact that the cookies contain little fat, they become dry the next day. It tastes best when it's still warm. But we eat for several days if there is any left. Some children do not like these cookies - they are not sweet. But now all our friends and girlfriends eat with pleasure, they’re used to it. :) By the way, you can add sugar to taste, but since we are claiming a recipe healthy eating, don't get carried away! :)

We modified the recipe because we make it very often and always for company. Instead of one glass of kefir, take half a liter. Accordingly, the amount of flour increases (we take first or second grade flour). From half a liter of kefir you get cookies for two large baking sheets - this is a bowl, it’s not very clear from the photo, but, in general, it’s quite a lot, but all the more so it needs to be eaten right away, fresh. :)

And in the recipe from Malakhov’s program, which I found, there is only 1 tbsp. spoon of flour!
"Now let's try flaxseed cinnamon cookies and I'll tell you how to make them. These cookies will help you recover even more.

To make it you will need ground flax seeds (half a glass). Large fragments of ground seeds add piquancy. Add 1 spoon of regular flour, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a tablespoon of sugar, add our kefir and soda here. And knead the dough.

These cookies are made without eggs, making them an excellent Lenten dish. The consistency of the dough should be like dumplings. Roll out the layer 0.5-0.7 centimeters thick and cut into molds. Baked in 5 minutes at a temperature of 210-218 degrees."
If someone tries to cook according to this recipe, please write what happened.

On Magpie's day, I made larks from this dough - click spring! We went skiing with the children into the forest, rode down the hills and shouted chants! :)

Some people are mistaken in thinking that ground flaxseeds are flour. Almost half of the composition in the seeds is oil. But real flaxseed flour comes out after defatting the seeds, and this is done industrially. Flour processed in this way is stored for a long time and does not lose its properties.

Rye and wheat flour are inferior to flaxseed flour in terms of usefulness. It is low in calories, low in carbohydrates, but high in protein and fiber. You need very little of this bread to fill you up and you don’t get better from it. Flaxseed flour is good for digestion. The fiber in its composition cleanses the intestines like a brush and makes it healthier. It also lowers cholesterol, has a beneficial effect on blood vessels and prevents the formation of fatty deposits.

It is recommended to take at least 25 grams of fiber daily to protect against cancer. This means that just 80 g of flaxseed flour is approximately the daily dose. It contains lignans - hormone-like substances that prevent the growth of cancer cells.

Flaxseed flour is rich in elements such as zinc and selenium, phosphorus and iron. No less important components of flaxseed flour are vitamins A, B and E. Just like folic acid, a vegetable protein that has great value in the process of hematopoiesis. Magnesium is needed for the successful absorption of potassium and calcium in the body. Its deficiency is harmful to the heart and bones. Flaxseed flour contains all three components, and healthy oat flour, like buckwheat, has ten times less magnesium and calcium. And bananas are seven times lower in potassium content than flaxseed flour.

Phytoestrogens are another essential component. These are natural hormones that are needed for rejuvenation, slowing down menopause and the normal functioning of all female organs.

Omega-6 and Omega-3 – healthy fatty acids – act in the same direction.

Contraindications and warnings

It is believed that flax flour has no contraindications. But flaxseed has a strong choleretic effect. Therefore, if you have pancreatitis, colitis or cholecystitis, you should use flaxseed flour with caution. And if there are stones in the organs, flax can provoke their movement. It is better to start using this product under the supervision of a doctor.

Recipes for weight loss

“What should I eat to lose weight?” – There is a completely serious answer to this comic question: baking from flaxseed flour. That is, losing weight is both satisfying and tasty. And flour itself has long been used for these purposes as an additive to ready-made dishes. It can be meat dishes or lean. It is well suited for both breading and sauces or soups as a thickener. It is very convenient in which part of the cereal (no more than half) is replaced with flax flour. Such food will help cleanse and heal the body. And this is the first thing required to expel extra pounds.

Flax mucus acts as a laxative. It activates intestinal motility and cleanses it well. For example, it is good to replace breakfast with a cocktail or sour cream. And to ensure a constant cleansing process, you can consume this mixture before bed. The intestines will heal at night. Or even take the cocktail twice, the first time instead of dinner - with honey or raisins, and the second time - before bed.

Flax cocktail

Flaxseed flour (1 tsp) is poured with slightly warmed water and left for ten minutes. You can top it up warm water and have a drink.

In obese people, the stomach is usually distended. To give it the opportunity to “tighten”, you should not overfill it with food. To do this, ten minutes before meals, you can drink half a glass of flaxseed flour cocktail with water. It will give you a feeling of satiety. And if you do this after eating, it will not allow everything superfluous and unnecessary to be absorbed.
If you don't forget about physical activity and a balanced diet, flaxseed flour will help you win the fight against extra pounds.

Baking with flaxseed flour

You can partially (no more than half) replace wheat flour with flaxseed flour in yeast or unleavened dough. This is how any baked goods are made, from bread to gourmet confectionery. By the way, flaxseed flour successfully replaces eggs in dough.

Everyone knows about the health benefits of flax, about omega 3, etc. But here it is worth paying attention to a couple of points.

  • Pay attention to the condition flaxseeds. They must be clean, dry, without rancid taste or smell.
  • Take flaxseed flour that is well refined so that it contains as little oil as possible. Yes, flaxseed oil is very healthy and is a leader in omega 3 content fatty acids. The only problem is that this oil oxidizes very quickly and becomes saturated with “free radicals.” As a result, you can expect not so much benefit from it as harm! I already mentioned this in the article about.
  • To diversify the taste and aroma of cookies, I advise you to add ground cinnamon, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, some nuts, various dried fruits, etc.
  • You can sweeten it with honey, jam, jam, condensed milk.
