MANUAL

Water supply and sewerage" href="/text/category/vodosnabzhenie_i_kanalizatciya/" rel="bookmark">water supply.

The machine can be operated in rooms with air temperatures from (plus) 10 to (plus) 400C and an average monthly humidity of 80% at 250C.

The machine must be installed in premises that are not classified as explosive and fire hazardous areas according to the PUE.

2. DEVICE AND OPERATING PRINCIPLE of the product

The structure of the machine is shown in Fig. 1.

Bath 15 is closed by a lifting dome 1, which moves along vertical guides 17. The dome is attached to a spring balancing mechanism).

WITH front side glass is installed on the dome of the MPK 700K machine for visual control behind the washing process. There is no glass on the MPK-700K-01 car.

Handle 2 is provided for raising and releasing the dome.

The bathtub has:

Filters to prevent large particles of food debris from entering the washing pump;

Overflow tube 16 - for draining excess water into the sewer after rinsing;

A riser to which the lower washing 3 and rinsing 4 rotating sprinklers are attached, with the help of which the dishes are washed and rinsed;

Water level sensors;

Water temperature control sensor;

Heating element (heating element).

The top of the bath is covered with filter meshes 14 to prevent large particles of food debris from entering the bath during the washing process.

Above the stand there are upper washing and rinsing rotating sprinklers and lighting lamps (there are no lamps in MPK-700K-01).

The base of the machine is covered with cladding, and back wall and the control panel are removable, which allows access for inspection and repair of components located inside the machine.

Under the bathtub behind the control panel there are electric washing pumps (item 6, Fig. 1) and rinsing pumps 7 (item 7, Fig. 1, absent in MPK-700K-01), a boiler (item 8, Fig. 1), an electromagnetic valve and a switchboard installation with electrical equipment.

The installation panel is equipped with (see Fig. 2) dosing pumps for detergent (not included in MPK 700K-01) and rinsing solutions, a controller, starters, relays, automatic switches, and thermal switches. The canister of one thermal switch is installed on the heating element of the bathtub, and the canister of the second thermal switch is installed in the boiler.

Installed on the control panel:

Network button with built-in green backlight

Washing mode selection button “60” with built-in red backlight

Washing mode selection button “120” with built-in red backlight

The control buttons are connected to the controller.

The controller implements automatic control machine operation:

Monitors the presence of water in the bath, controls the water supply to the machine;

Controls the temperature of the water in the boiler and in the bath, manages their maintenance;

Controls the washing and rinsing pumps;

Controls dosing pumps;

Provides automatic operation of the machine according to a given operating algorithm, stopping when the dome is raised and automatic continuation of the program when the dome is lowered.

The water level is controlled using electrodes located in the bath. When the water level in the bath is below the middle electrode, the controller issues a signal to turn on the solenoid valve - filling the water. Filling of water continues until the water level reaches the top electrode.

When the water level reaches the upper electrode, the controller stops filling the water and turns on the boiler heating elements. The water in the boiler is heated to a temperature of (plus) 85ºС. The water temperature is controlled from a sensor located in the boiler.

After heating the boiler, the controller turns on the heating elements of the bath. The water in the bath is heated to a temperature of (plus) 45ºС. The water temperature is controlled from a sensor located in the bath.

Washing is carried out according to a given operating algorithm.

The washing process is divided into three stages:

Stage 1 – washing. Produced with a cleaning solution using a pump. The pump takes the cleaning solution from the bath and delivers it to the upper and lower cleaning spray arms. The spray arms rotate and direct jets of cleaning solution onto the dishes.

Stage 2 – exposure. It is produced to remove residual washing solution from washing spray arms and dishes.

Stage 3 – rinsing. It is produced by the rinsing solution coming from the boiler to the upper and lower rinsing sprinklers.

During each washing cycle, dosing devices supply a portion of detergent (there is no function in MPK-700K-01) and rinse aid, thereby maintaining a constant concentration of the washing and rinsing solution.

Two machine operating modes are programmed:

Washing mode “60” - where washing is 60 s, holding time is 10 s and rinsing is 12;

Washing mode “120” - washing – 120 s, holding time – 10 s and rinsing – 12 s.

Persons who have passed the technical minimum for operating the equipment are allowed to service and operate the dishwasher.

When working with a dishwasher, you must follow following rules security:

Do not turn on the dishwasher without grounding;

Do not leave the dishwasher running unattended;

Perform sanitary treatment only after disconnecting the dishwasher from the mains;

Periodically check the serviceability of the electrical wiring and grounding device of the machine;

If any malfunctions are detected, call an electrician;

Turn on the dishwasher only after troubleshooting.

It is not allowed to install the dishwasher closer than 1 m from flammable materials;

Clean and troubleshoot with the machine turned on;

Work without grounding;

Work without external protection;

Use the machine in fire and explosion hazardous areas;

touch heating element after finishing work within 20 minutes;

For the cleaning outer surface The machine is not allowed to use a water jet.

4. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

After storing the machine in a cold room or after transporting it to winter conditions Before connecting it to the network, it must be kept at room temperature for at least 6 hours.

Unpacking, installation and testing of the machine should be carried out by specialists in the installation and repair of commercial and technological equipment.

The machine should be placed in a well-ventilated area, if possible, under an air-purifying umbrella, to avoid the accumulation of steam in the room.

The machine must be installed in the following order:

Before installing in the intended place, remove protective film from all surfaces;

Place the machine in the appropriate place;

Adjust the height and stable position of the machine using adjustable legs so that the working surfaces take a horizontal position;

Connect the machine to the water supply system. The dishwasher is connected to the water supply system through a G 3/4" thread (solenoid valve - item 13, Fig. 1);

Connect the machine to the sewerage system (pos. 11, Fig. 1);

Connect the machine to the electrical network in accordance with current laws and regulations. Connection is made only by authorized specialized service taking into account the inscriptions on the plates. Connect the machine to the electrical network, taking into account the permissible load on the electrical network;

To connect to the machine, it is necessary to remove the control panel, pass the power cable through the terminal input to the terminal block X1 (item 5, Fig. 2) on the mounting panel;

Installation and connection should be carried out in such a way that on the installed and connected machine there is no access to live parts without the use of tools;

Reliably ground the machine by connecting the grounding conductor to the grounding clamp, the grounding conductor must be in the power cord;

Inspect connecting devices electrical circuits machines (screw and screwless clamps), if any weakening is detected, tighten or bend to normal contact pressure;

Check the insulation resistance of the machine, which must be at least 2 MOhm;

Connect the power supply to the terminal block from switchboard through circuit breaker With combined protection with protection performance characteristics: current 32A, leakage current 30mA, for example VAK-4.

The switch must provide guaranteed disconnection of all poles from the power supply and must be connected directly to the power terminals and have a gap between contacts of at least 3 mm on all poles.

The nominal cross-section of flexible power cables must be at least 4 mm2.

To equalize potentials when installing the machine in a production line, a clamp is provided, marked with the sign - equipotentiality.

After installation of the machine before putting it into operation, without loading kitchen equipment, carry out the washing procedure 5-6 times. Then completely drain the water from the bathtub into the sewer.
