Pour a little more sunflower oil into the same frying pan and add the mushrooms, only the mushrooms need to be fried over higher heat. Place the prepared mushrooms in a bowl with the onions.

  • smoked ham – 1 pc.

  • sunflower oil – 30 g

Open the jar of mushrooms, drain the liquid and cut the mushrooms into strips. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Place mushrooms and onions in a frying pan with sunflower oil and fry until golden brown. When the mushrooms and onions are fried, add the liquid from the jar of mushrooms to the pan, cover with a lid and simmer everything. The liquid should evaporate, then place the mushrooms and onions on a plate and cool.

The Dutch cheese should be cut into strips, and the ham should be cut into cubes, but first separate the meat from the bone; the skin should also not be put in the salad.
