ComplexonateOption 313-1 HEDP-zinc solution 25%, flask/55 kg)
(TU 2439-004-242-10860-05)

Corrosion and scale inhibitor Option (Option) 313-1 (HEDP-zinc) complexonate is approved for use in drinking water and household water use (cold and hot water) at a dose of up to 5 mg/l (in closed heat supply systems, feed water of steam boilers, complexonate concentration is not standardized). An effective inhibitor of scale formation, deposits of mineral salts and corrosion in heat supply systems, steam supply and hot water supply, in heat exchange equipment. The use of complexonate reduces the corrosive activity of water by an average of 8-9 times.

Complexonate (Option) 313-1 (HEDP-zinc) does not soften the water, but stabilizes it - does not allow the processes of scale formation and corrosion to take place. Water treatment with this reagent makes it possible to exclude the stage of water softening, and in some systems, the stage of water deaeration. Used for anti-corrosion and anti-scale water treatment in municipal boiler houses, water intake stations, thermal power plants, etc. Designed for use both in closed water circulation systems and in open water intake.

The liquid is colorless to yellow-green in color, is a 24.3-25.7% aqueous solution of the sodium salt of the zinc complex of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, has a density in the range of 1.20-1.30 g/cm3, pH 7.0- 10.0.

Corrosion and scale inhibitor Option 313-1 complexonate OEDP-zinc resistant to high temperatures. The drug is non-flammable, fire-and-explosion safe, low-toxic in various ways of getting into the body. MPC in household water - 5 mg/l (10 g/m3). On average, in the circulating water in the heating system, the optimal concentration of the complexonate is 10 mg/l (10 g/m3). The complexonate concentration in make-up and network water is calculated as the difference between the total content of the PO43- ion in make-up and network water and the content of this ion in tap water. Chemical analyzes are carried out on the basis of GOST 26449.1-85, "Methods for the chemical analysis of salt water". The complexonate is not removed with steam in steam boilers (removal with steam is not more than 0.01 of the concentration in the feed water).
We make deliveries in containers: polyethylene barrel 55 kg (50 l).
