Residential complex Triumph Palace: Moscow life for a million. New Riga – the choice of the stars! Penthouses and apartments in the Triumph Palace residential complex

What, you don’t have an extra million? It's OK! As soon as it appears, come to us, we have already taken care of where you can apply it, having selected several options for rental housing in Moscow in the offer database of one of the largest real estate websites.

(Total 25 photos)

Triumph Palace: Chapaevsky lane, 3

1. Let's start with the beautiful. The elite residential complex Triumph Palace - the tallest residential building in Europe - copies the architecture of the famous Moscow Stalinist “high-rise buildings” and diligently maintains the “Stalin Empire” style.

2. Dry facts about the apartment sound, frankly, very ordinary: 5 rooms, 250 sq.m., 15th floor, protected landscaped area, underground parking, 9 minutes walk to the Sokol metro station. Well, what could be simpler? - only "Khrushchev" behind the Moscow Ring Road...

3. But this is not the main thing. The highlight of this million-dollar apartment lies (although what are we talking about, how can you hide something like that...) in “EUROPEAN-EUROPEAN REPAIR, AUTHOR’S DESIGN. And tastefully selected interior items.” This is all a quote from an agent with the telling surname Almazov. Capslock is also a quote.

4. Indeed, selected. With taste. Can not argue…

6. In all this splendor, do not forget that your neighbors will be numerous stars of Russian show business, businessmen and politicians. For example, the all-knowing Internet attributes apartments in Triumph Palace to Dima Bilan, Alsou and Oleg Tabakov.

8. Sorry, we just can’t stop... here’s some more beauty for you.

Green Plaza: Khlynovsky dead end, 4

11. After the literally dazzling interior of the previous apartment, this one looks, as they say, “clean, but poor.” Just some kind of Ikea, honestly...

12. This, of course, is an optical illusion. In fact, according to realtors, all apartments in Green Plaza are finished “according to the latest European standards using the most expensive and high-quality materials.”

13. But the main thing this time is not design, but the desired proximity to the Kremlin. And also the exceptional “clubiness” of the building, which has only 28 apartments.

14. The advertisement for renting this 4-room apartment is replete with mysterious terms: Studio, PMM, Art Deco, laundry room... Anyone will be confused. But not people with an extra million a month - you won’t take them by surprise so easily!

Scarlet Sails: Aviation st., 79

15. Envious people, who clearly do not have a million a month, from the very beginning predicted that Scarlet Sails would soon collapse into the river due to the soil being unsuitable for such large-scale construction. However, 10 years have already passed, and they still stand and stand...

16. The rental advertisement modestly states that this is one of the best offers in Moscow. And for some reason he also suggests “taking a deep breath.” Apparently, hinting at the excellent ecology of the area.

17. In general, there is nothing particularly outstanding here: 5 rooms, 265 sq.m., the last 24th floor, “refined and elegant.” In a word - boring.

18. There is, however, one bonus - you can feel like a movie star! They say that the series “Next”, popular in the early 2000s, with Alexander Abdulov, Yegor Konchalovsky’s film “Escape” with Yevgeny Mironov in the title role, and “Shadowboxing” by Alexei Sidorov were filmed here.21. True, unlike the first apartment, there were clearly not enough interior items for all the rooms...25. …pool.

This is already funny, but again, another grandiose Don Stroevsky building comes to your attention - the Triumph Palace. This is the tallest residential building in Europe, many confuse it with a Stalinist high-rise building. There is a hotel on the top of the building, and the Bentleys, Bugattis and Shelbys parked near the house give an idea of who lives here. I managed to get to the roof completely by accident, but first things first (=

So, I’m walking with Anya and Inna along the Khodynka field, and then I got the idea to visit the Triumph Palace, suddenly it’s open, if anything, then I’ll come up with something :) Having opened the technical door, we went up higher to the door to the upper observation deck, the door turned out to be closed. After fiddling with the door for about 20 minutes, I realized that I couldn’t open it, and we left the building. Now comes the fun part! On the territory of the Triumph Palace I absolutely accidentally met makzer , taek , nazarov_msk , r_wersh and Artyom! Well, just neighbors, oh my :)) They were just heading to the upper observation deck. “If you open it, let me know,” I tell them, and I went to have a snack, because that day I hadn’t eaten anything in the morning :) I ate, returned to the building, and found out that everything was already open, the people had taken pictures of everything and had already gone down. But Roma and Artem still wanted to go upstairs again.

Roof element

An off-putting frame

In general, getting to the Triumph Palace used to be considered cool. But after our visit there, crowds of people flocked to the Triumph Palace, and at this rate, by May 9, the door to the roof was welded shut in 3 places. So, it remains a mystery to me how the fitters will check the condition of the spire and other stuff on the upper tiers.

This happens, gentlemen: a building, long considered an impregnable fortress, is destroyed within a week and closed forever. And for each season, 4 such buildings are actively identified. (for example, this spring Vorobyovy Gory, Oruzheyny, Triumph Palace, Edelweiss were included in this list)

Unfortunately, when I got to the roof, it was already starting to get dark, so I set the ISO to 400

The excellent qualities of the Triumph Palace residential complex were awarded the diploma “Best Implemented Project - 2005”.

In 2003, after installing a spire on top of the central building, Triumph Palace received a diploma for a record achievement for the world edition of the Guinness Book of Records. The complex was recognized tallest residential building in Europe and held the record height until 2007. The boutique hotel Triumf-Palace still retains its status as the tallest hotel in Europe.

"Triumph Palace" is popular in the business community and among show business stars. Among its residents are such celebrities as singer Dima Bilan, figure skater Ilya Averbukh, singer MakSim and others.

“We moved about a year ago from Lianozovo - we wanted to increase our living space and were looking for a good luxury business-class house. At first we looked at different options in the center, but in the end we settled here. Our complex has its own clinics, shops, cafes, and a beauty salon. Inside, on the third floor level, we have a separate indoor park. Plus there is Chapaevsky Park nearby, where it’s good to walk with children. Leningradka is nearby, but you can’t see it, you can’t hear it. It has its own huge children's complex. The territory is fenced, everything is guarded, children can run everywhere, and you don’t have to worry about them. It even has its own hotel, which is very convenient if guests arrive and have nowhere to stay. You can enjoy all the benefits of civilization without leaving the territory. And in the center the courtyards are narrow, parking is a problem and there is nowhere to walk. We live in the building that is farthest from Leningradka; there are only three apartments per floor. Housing of this level in the center, somewhere on Gruzinskaya, costs twice as much. In addition, it is important to us that this is a beautiful house - another famous high-rise building. The finishing inside is very good. And the rest of the houses that we looked at were either old or completely in some kind of futuristic style - glass and concrete. We prefer a more classic option. Oleg Tabakov lives on the fifth floor, and singer Maxim lives in the next entrance. But we only meet with our neighbors on some housing issues. Our management company is quite adequate. There is an initiative group that gathers residents for all meetings. For now we are solving everything quietly and peacefully. In two years, we would probably already have the opportunity to move even closer to the center, but it would be better, on the contrary, to buy a plot somewhere further from Moscow, build a house there and go there on vacation. We don’t want to get any closer to the center.”

Airbus

“I used to live on Kropotkinskaya, but then my parents and I decided to leave - they moved out of town, and we chose the Airbus: in 2005 it had not yet been completed, and they had a good offer for the money . I moved there in 2010. Of course, I miss the Arbat alleys, with which many sentimental memories are associated; Of course, Kropotkinskaya was generally a very attractive area. But it must be said that in terms of infrastructure development, the Airport is in no way inferior to it - besides, it is still an area of the scientific and technical intelligentsia. Walking with a child here is also wonderful - there are two parks within walking distance. And transport accessibility is much better - it’s now basically impossible to drive through Kropotkinskaya, and paid parking will soon be introduced. The Airbus, which is designed for 10 thousand inhabitants, has the feeling of some kind of anthill, but you get used to everything - besides, it has shops, a kindergarten, a small restaurant, a hairdresser, a dry cleaner, and a beauty salon. In general, I’ve already gotten used to it, I’ve settled in - and we’re even trying to fight the management company with varying degrees of success. We are not very satisfied with the quality of some services - the gates in the parking lot don't work well, the security either doesn't let anyone in or lets anyone in, there are a lot of complaints about garbage removal, the children's playground is not very well equipped. It is clear that on Kropotkinskaya you could walk to the Pushkin Museum, but here you have to drive. Yes, and there is complete order with restaurants for every day, but for haute cuisine you need to go to Pierre Gagnaire. But, as Afisha magazine once wrote, knowledgeable people prefer not to go to Parisian Life, but to lead Parisian life in another place - for example, in Paris.”

Sky Fort

Photo: Elena Tsibizova

“At first, my husband and child lived in the center, on Mira Avenue, but it was not very convenient to live there. In old houses, it’s almost the same everywhere: power outages, shoddy communications, something always goes wrong, breaks, and is also repaired somehow. Therefore, we first moved to Alekseevskaya, where we lived in a new building, and then to Sky Fort. Yes, in my opinion, he looks absolutely creepy, with such concrete teeth sticking out of the ground. And the view from the window is also so-so, to put it mildly - onto the trolleybus park, and behind it you can also see Kapotnya. But it doesn’t upset me much, I even like it in my own way - I love such industrial landscapes. In general, I am attracted to everything monumental. There are fears, of course, so when our electricity was turned off and my husband went down the stairs to find out what had happened, I was very glad that we live on the eighth floor and not on the thirty-third. Yes, this is somewhat reminiscent of the situation that we had in the center - with blackouts - but only here it happened once and everything was fixed in half an hour. Of course, when you live in the center, you have no problem going out to eat, you can get to everything in ten minutes, and the very feeling of living in the center is very pleasant. But in such complexes you feel calmer. No matter what anyone says about security in Russia, if you communicate with them normally, they will always help you. Another pitfall of such houses is that when you move in, there is every chance that renovations will begin near you. Or it may turn out that it suddenly starts from all sides. The families living in the house are all similar - young, parents work around the clock, so children spend time with grandmothers and nannies, that is, there is a more or less homogeneous environment.”

Residential complex "Corona" in Mirax Park

Photo: Elena Tsibizova

“I rented houses in the Kyiv direction, and then, before entering Mirax Park, an apartment on Frunzenskaya. So, in essence, this apartment is a compromise, something in between: not too far, and not too close to the center - it’s crowded, cramped, and bustling there. And here everything is at hand: a park inside, a zoo, an area of nine hectares, a pond with swans, restaurants, a fitness club, a large store. From here, if you wish, you don’t have to go anywhere at all. When it’s sunny and the weather allows, the children ride bicycles throughout the residential complex, and if it’s cloudy, they ride scooters on the ground floor of our house, there’s also room to turn around. Accordingly, I have a two-story apartment - if I had rented an apartment in the center for the same money, it would have been significantly smaller. The zoo, of course, is wonderful - there are deer walking there, llamas, goats, rabbits, a camel, children really love feeding them. Another very good thing is that the territory, despite its size, is constantly guarded, there is a fence, I can easily let my children go. What are the courtyards in the city center? There is a sandbox and swings nearby - that’s the whole yard. And here children can walk continuously all day long and not get bored. We also have a lot of influential people living here, and often there are cars with a motorcade with flashing lights at the exit. There are many pensioners, by the way, oddly enough - wealthy people try to buy apartments in this house for their mothers and grandmothers, since it is convenient to live here. The only negative for me is transport accessibility, from the city I can get stuck in traffic jams, from the City to home it can take an hour. But, if anything happens, there is always a metro, so traffic jams don’t bother me either.”
