VARITHERM plates (VT series) are the traditional and most commonly used plates in the production of heat exchangers. The VT series is represented by 23 types of Varitherm plates. They come in different sizes, corrugation profiles and match different heat transfer and pressure losses. Heat transfer surfaces from 0.05 to 2.5 sq. m. per plate and up to 2000 sq.m. per plate package.
The capacity of plate heat exchangers of the Varitherm series can reach 3600 m3/h.

VT series (Varitherm)
Package may consist of plates of one or more profiles. In the package, each subsequent plate is turned 180 degrees, touching so that channels are formed between the plates.
If inserts with different profiles are used in the same plate pack, several types of channel geometries can be created. Different angles of the plate profile provide different thermal characteristics, pressure losses.
No more than two types of plates can be used in one package. The ratio of these types of plates is chosen in such a way as to fully correspond to the desired operating modes with minimal pressure loss.
